المستخلص: Since the reign of His Majesty King Mohammed 6, Morocco has not failed to make progress in the field of human rights, especially with the new constitution of 2011, and the creation of many protective institutions of these rights, of which the mechanism for the prevention of torture is a part, and which has surely marked a positive point in the relationship of the citizen with the public forces in order to avoid any slide towards an act of torture which can generate a serious image on a democratic country. What safeguards relating to police custody are enshrined in international law? National? The functioning of the mechanisms for the prevention of torture and how they contribute to the protection of the rights of these persons held in custody?.

Depuis le règne de sa Majesté le Roi Mohammed 6, Le Maroc n'a pas manqué de marquer des avancements dans le domaine des droits de l'homme, surtout avec la nouvelle constitution de 2011, et la création de beaucoup d'institutions de protection de ces droits, dont le mécanisme de prévention de la torture fait partie, et qui a sûrement marqué un point positif dans la relation du citoyen avec les forces publiques afin d'éviter tout glissement vers un acte de torture qui peut engendrer une image grave sur un pays démocratique. Quels sont les garanties relatives à la garde à vue consacrées dans le Droit international? National? Le fonctionnement des mécanismes de prévention de la torture et comment ils participent à la protection des droits de ces personnes gardées à vue ?.
