المستخلص: For a very long time, the Moroccan administration has been the subject of a great debate on the various failures that hinder its smooth running, as well as the negative impact on the services provided to users, who are dissatisfied with the heaviness and complexity of its procedures, which are deemed inefficient. Today, there is more and more talk of a digital administration that proves its effectiveness, efficiency and transparency, and that meets societal requirements in terms of modernisation, simplification of procedures and performance. Therefore, Morocco, under the reign of His Majesty King Mohamed VI, a dynamic and rigorous Kingdom, is called upon to accompany international changes in technology and to align itself with the stands of developed countries, through the establishment of a legal arsenal that includes laws and texts bearing a strategic vision, thus having as a role the digital introduction in the administrative process and the break with archaic bureaucratic practices.

Depuis trèslongtemps, l'administration marocaine a fait l'objetd'un grand débat sur les différentes défaillances qui entravent son bon déroulement, ainsi l'impact négatif sur les prestations fournies aux usagers, qui sont insatisfaits des lourdeurs et complexité de ses procédures jugées par l'inefficacité. Aujourd'hui, il est de plus en plus question d'une administration numérique qui fait preuve deson efficacité, son efficience et sa transparence,qui répond aux exigences sociétaires en termes de modernisation, de simplification des procédures et de performance. De ce fait, le Maroc et sous le règne de sa Majesté le Roi Mohamed VI, un Royaume dynamique et rigoureux, est appelé à accompagner les changements internationaux en matière de technologie et s'aligner aux stands des pays développés, à travers la mise en place d'un arsenal juridique qui comprend des lois et textes portant une vision stratégique, ainsi auront pour rôle l'instauration numérique dans le processus administratif et la rupture avec les pratiques d'ordre bureaucratiques archaïques.
