المستخلص: اشتهرت الفنانة لويز بورجوا بمنحوتاتها وتركيباتها الضخمة. طوال مسارها المهني، رافقت عملها بالعديد من نصوص سيرتها الذاتية. الهدف من هذا المقال هو تحليل عمليات التخييل التي قامت بها الفنانة لويز بورجوا على الرغم من أن عملها يحتوي بالفعل على جزء مهم من سيرتها الذاتية. ماذا يمكن أن يقول كتاب السيرة التخييلية عن حياة الفنانة عندما يبدو أنها قد روت كل قصتها؟ ستظهر دراسة هذه التخييلات ثراء هذا الجنس الأدبي وتهجينه.

The artist Louise Bourgeois is best known for her large-scale sculptures and installations. Throughout her career, she has accompanied her works with numerous autobiographical texts. The aim of this article is to analyse the fictionalisation that Louise Bourgeois has produced, even though her work already contains a significant part of her autobiography. What can an autobiographical book say about the artist’s life when it seems that she has told everything? An examination of these fictions will reveal the richness and hybridity of this literary genre.

L’artiste Louise Bourgeois est surtout connue pour ses sculptures et installations à grande échelle. Tout au long de sa carrière, elle a accompagné ses oeuvres de nombreux textes autobiographiques. L’objectif de cet article est d’analyser la fictionnalisation que Louise Bourgeois a produite, bien que son oeuvre contienne déjà une part importante de son autobiographie. Que peut dire un livre autobiographique sur la vie de l’artiste quand il semble qu’elle ait tout dit? L’examen de ces fictions permettra de révéler la richesse et l’hybridité de ce genre littéraire.
