|b The objective of this study is to draw up an inventory of national public interventions in the field of agriculture through the successive implementation of agricultural development plans from the year 2000 to 2019. An exploratory analysis of the evolution of the production of agricultural consumer goods over two decades reveals the potential of national agricultural production and highlights the preponderance of certain crops ever others. The non-parametric hypothesis test of the associated samples highlights the positive effect of agricultural plans on the evolution of the production of 41 fruits and vegetables over twenty years.
|d L’objectif de cette étude est de dresser un état des lieux des interventions publiques nationales dans le domaine de l’agriculture à travers la mise en oeuvre successive des plans de développement agricole depuis l’an 2000 à 2019. Une analyse exploratoire de l’évolution de la production des biens agricoles de large consommation sur deux décennies révèle le potentiel de production agricole nationale et met en évidence la prépondérance de certaines cultures sur d’autres. Le test d’hypothèse non paramétrique des échantillons associés ment en exergue l’effet positif des plans agricoles sur l’évolution de la production de 41 fruits et légumes sur vingt années.
