المستخلص: يناقش التقرير أبرز محطات التحول في سياسات الصين تجاه القضية الفلسطينية، كتوقيع الصين اتفاقيتي تعاون في المجال الاقتصادي والمجال الاستخباري مع إسرائيل في تسعينيات القرن الماضي من جهة، وإطلاق مبادرة الحزام والطريق عام 2013 ومبادرة النقاط الأربع للسلام في الشرق الأوسط عام 2014 من جهة أخرى. وتناول التقرير الأسباب والعوامل التي أثرت في حدوث هذه التحولات والأركان التي تقوم عليها توجهات السياسة الصينية تجاه القضية الفلسطينية، والمحددات التي تحكم التغيرات المحتملة. ويؤكد التقرير أن الصين تبقى تمثل حالة الدولة الصديقة دولياً للقضية الفلسطينية وتدعم عدالتها بكل عام وحافظت على سلوكها التصويتي الداعم للحقوق الفلسطينية وإقامة الدولة الفلسطينية وعاصمتها القدس الشرقية في الأراضي المحتلة عام 1967. وانتهى إلى المواقف العملية التي يمكن للقيادات العربية والفلسطينية العملية اتخاذها لتشجيع الموقف الصيني ليحقق تطوراً أكبر في دعم القضية الفلسطينية ونضال الشعب الفلسطيني، والعمل على تحويل مواقف الصين الداعمة للقضية سياسياً إلى حقائق على الأرض تخدم الشعب الفلسطيني وقضيته.

The article discusses the most prominent turning points in China's policies towards the Palestinian cause, such as China's signing of two cooperation agreements with Israel in the economic and intelligence fields in the 1990s. On the other hand, China launched the Belt and Road Initiative in 2013. Moreover, at the political level, China proposed a four-point initiative for peace in the Middle East in 2014 that transformed China into a mediator between Palestine and Israel, which Palestinians welcomed only. The article investigated the reasons and factors that affected the occurrence of these transformations. It also illustrated the pillars on which the Chinese policy orientations towards the Palestinian issue are based and the determinants that govern potential changes. In the end, the article concluded the possibility and potential change that could happen in China policies according to the Arab and Palestinian efforts at different levels to encourage China for such a significant development. The goal was to create a profound position for China against Israeli aggression and terror and exert economic and political pressure on Israel to comply with the UNSC resolution to withdraw from the Palestinian lands occupied in 1967, including dismantling the Jewish settlements built illegally on the Palestinian lands by force. Furthermore, it is to retain China's position in full support of the Palestinian cause and struggle. Finally, it is to transform China political support into facts on the ground that serve the Palestinian people and their cause.
