The study is conducted on the basis of a sample of nine women entrepreneurs operating in the handicraft sector in the region of Bejaia, centered on semi-directive interviews. Shows that depending on the activity carried out, women manage to reconcile their family and professional life. |d Ce présent article aborde le phénomène des femmes entrepreneurs.
