المستخلص: إن اتخاذ القرارات لحل المشاكل الإدارية لا يعتمد على معيار واحد فقط، بل يتعداه إلى أكثر، لذا كان من الأنسب اللجوء إلى طرائق تشمل عدة جوانب وعدة قيود وهي الطرائق متعددة المعايير. وتشمل هذه الطرائق معايير كمية وكيفية في آن واحد، وفي الغالب ليس لها نفس الأهمية في اتخاذ القرار. تعتبر طريقة برمجة الأهداف من الطرائق المهمة المستخدمة في حل المشاكل المتعددة المعايير وقد استخدمت في هذا البحث لإيجاد المزيج الإنتاجي الأمثل لمعمل القابلوات الكهربائية في شركة أور، تم صياغة بثلاثة نماذج تمثل فرضيات الأولويات أهداف متخذي القرار في المعمل وهي تحقيق أكبر ربح ممكن والهدف الأخر هو تنفيذ الخطة الإنتاجية وبعض القيود المفروضة في مشكلة تحديد المزيج الإنتاجي الأمثل وأهمها قيود المواد الأولية والزمن المطلوب للإنتاج وغيرها. (Win QSB) تم جل النماذج الثلاث باستعمال طريقة برمجة الأهداف وبإعانة البرنامج الحاسوبي الجاهز ومن النتائج تبين أن تحديد مستوى أهمية وأولوية الأهداف أي شركة بشكل دقيق يؤدي إلى دقة اتخاذ القرار لاختلاف النتائج بتغير أولوية أهداف الشركة مع بقاء نفس القيود. أما أهم التوصيات فهي توجيه اهتمام متخذي القرار في المصانع والشركات الإنتاجية إلى الاعتماد على أساليب الكمية الحديثة في عملية اتخاذ قراراتهم لتحقيق أهداف مؤسساتهم.

Decision making to solve administrative problems do not depends only on a single criterion, but extends to more, so it was more appropriate to resort for a multi-criterion methods that treat with several aspects and constrains. These methods include quantitative and qualitative criterions at the same time, and often does not has the same importance in decision making. Goal programming method is one of the important methods used in solving multi-criteria problems. It was used in this research to find the optimal production mix for the electrical cables factory in UR Company. Three models were formulated that represent hypotheses for the priorities of the decision-makers' goals in the factory, which is to achieve the largest possible profit, and the other goal is to implement the production plan and some of the constraints imposed on the problem of determining the optimal production mix, the most important of which are the constraints on raw materials, the time required for production, and others. The three models were solved using the goal programming method and with the help of the ready-made computer program(Win QSB). From the results, it was shown that accurately determining the level of importance and priority of the goals of any company leads to accurate decision-making, therefore due to the difference in results when changing the priority of the company's goals, while remaining the same constraints. The most important recommendations are directing the attention of decision-makers in factories and production companies to relying on modern quantitative methods in their decision-making process to achieve the objectives of their companies.
