|a استقطب الباي حسين بن علي مؤسّس الدّولة الحسينية في مجلسه "رجال القلم"، وتميزوا بتنوع أصولهم ومذاهبهم واهتماماتهم فمنهم الفقيه والمفتي والقاضي والمدرس والكاتب والمتصوف، فتعددت الكتابات التي تمجد مآثر الباي وتخلد ذكره وفاقت ما خصص لخلفه: الأبناء والأحفاد، وهذه الكتابات تشمل السير والتراجم ونصوصا فقهية وأخرى تجمع التاريخ والسياسة الشرعية وأدبيات السجال، وبالنظر في هذه النصوص ودواعي تأليفها يتجلى موقع المؤلف لتبرير فعل سياسي أو قرار تنظيمي أو الدعاية أو إعلان الولاء، مما يدعونا إلى البحث عن الصلة بين التاريخ والخطاب وآلياته القائمة على الانتخاب والانتقاء والتوظيف وأبعاده لتأسيس كيان سياسي له اختياراته.
|b The Bey H’usayn bin Ali, the founder of the Husayni state, attracted the "Men of the Pen" to his council. They were distinguished by the diversity of their origins, sects, and interests, including the jurist, the mufti, the judge, the teacher, the writer and the mystic. There were numerous writings that glorified the exploits of the Bey and immortalized his memory, and surpassed others from his successors: sons and grandsons. These writings include biographies, translations, jurisprudential texts, and others that combine history, legitimate policy, and the basics of argumentation. By looking at these texts and the reasons for writing them, the author's position becomes clear to justify a political act, an organizational decision, a propaganda, or a declaration of allegiance. This invites us to search for the link between history and discourse, its mechanisms based on election, selection and exploitation, and its dimensions to establish a political entity that has its own choices.
