المستخلص: جاءت هذه الدراسة لتتبّع حركة عين الفعل الثلاثي في الفعل المضارع، والفعل المضاعف، والمصادر، والمشتقات؛ وذلك للكشف عن أثر حركة العين في بنية الكلمة. وتكمن أهميَّة الموضوع؛ في الوقوف على مستويين من مستويات اللغة وهما: المستوى الصوتي، والمستوى الصرفي؛ من حيث العلاقة بينهما، في أثر حركة عين الفعل الثلاثي في بنية الكلمة، ودراستها في ضوء أقوال العلماء. متَّبعًا في ذلك المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ومناقشتها في مظانِّها المختلفة. وقد خلُص البحث إلى عدد من النتائج، ومن أهمها: ١- تتأثَّر حركة العين، وتؤثِّر في السابق، واللاحق لها، وأكثر ما يكون هذا وضوحا؛ في المضاعف، والمعتل. ٢- تُعد الفتحة على عين الفعل؛ من أخف الحركات، والأكثر في الاستعمال، كما عدها بعض العلماء الأصل؛ وذلك لخفتها، ثم يليها الكسرة، ثم الضمة؛ والتي تعد من أثقل الحركات، والأقلُّ استعمالاً.

This study was conducted to detect the effect of the diacritics of the second Letter of the triple verb in the Arabic language, on the structure of the word, the changes that it makes to each of the present tense, and the sound doubled verb, and with an explanation of other sources and derivatives. The importance of the subject lies in its reliance on two levels of language, which are called: phonetic level, and morphological level; in terms of the relationship between them in influencing the word structure of the triple verb, and study it based on the sayings of scholars. Relying on the analytical methodological description, and discussed in its various places: 1. The diacritics of the second letter are affected by the triple verb in the Arabic language, and affect the preceding and the following, what is most evident in the sound doubled verb, and unsound verbs. 2. (Fatha) on the second letter of the triple verb in Arabic is one of the lightest diacritics, and the most used, and some scholars also consider it to be the original diacritical mark; this is due to its softness in pronunciation, then comes the (Kasra), and in the last (Damma); which is the heaviest on the tongue in the process of pronunciation, and the least commonly used.
