This research paper aims to identify the concept of e-health service quality and the obstacles to its application in Algeria. The quality of health service has become important as customer expectations evolve. The electronic health service has also become necessary, especially after the Corona Virus pandemic. Many requirements must be provided to achieve an electronic health service, but this is directed by many difficulties, the most important of which is resistance to organizational change. |
