المستخلص: سعت الدراسة لقياس تأثير استخدام الصحف الإلكترونية ودورها في غرس وترسيخ قيم المواطنة والانتماء لدي الشباب المصري، بالاعتماد على نظريتي الغرس الثقافي والاستخدامات والاشباعات من خلال إجراء دراسة ميدانية على عينة متاحة قوامها ٤٠٠ مفردة من الشباب المصري، وتم جمعها من خلال أداة جوجل فورم، وقد خلصت الدراسة لعدة نتائج من أهمها تصدر اليوم السابع المرتبة الأولى من بين الصحف الإلكترونية التي تستخدمها عينة الدراسة كمصدر لترسيخ قيم المواطنة والانتماء، وكانت أبرز قيم المواطنة التي أسهمت في ترسيخها الصحف الإلكترونية قيمة الدفاع عن الوطن والحفاظ على أمنه الأعلى، تلاها قيمة إعلان الولاء للوطن قولاً وسلوكاً في المرتبة الثانية، ثم قيمة توفير الأمن للمواطن في المرتبة الثالثة، وجاء البعد القانوني الذى تقوم به الصحف الإلكترونية في ترسيخ قيم المواطنة في المرتبة الأولى أنها تقوم بالتعريف بنصوص المواد القانونية الخاصة بالمواطنة، تلاها توضيح النصوص وإفهامها للمتابعين، ثم مناقشة النصوص القانونية المتعلقة بالمواطنة، أما عن البعد القيمي فجاءت عبارة بث روح التعاون والمسؤولية الاجتماعية في المواطنين في المرتبة الأولى، تلاها نشر الفعاليات الوطنية التي تتغنى بحب الوطن، ثم تنمية قدرات الشباب على النقاش والحوار البناء، وتبين توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مدي استخدام الصحف الإلكترونية في ترسيخ قيم المواطنة وبين العوامل الديموجرافية من حيث النوع لصالح الذكور، والفئة العمرية لصالح من ٢٥ إلى أقل من ٣٥ سنة ويدل ذلك علي أنها أكثر فئة إدراكا للمواطنة، أما المستوى التعليمي فكان للمؤهلات الدراسات العليا حيث أنهم أكثر نضجا بينما الحالة الاجتماعية فكانت لصالح المطلق وأخيرا للمستوي الاقتصادي المرتفع.

The study sought to measure the use of electronic newspapers and their role in consolidating the values of citizenship and belonging among Egyptian youth, based on the theories of cultural implantation and uses and gratifications, by conducting a field study on an available sample of 400 Egyptian youth, collected through the Google Form, The study concluded several results, the most important of which is that the publication of youm 7 ranked first among the electronic newspapers used by the study sample as a source for consolidating the values of citizenship and belonging, The most prominent values of citizenship that the electronic newspapers contributed to consolidate were the value of defending the homeland and maintaining its highest security, followed by the value of declaring loyalty to the homeland in word and behavior in the second place, then the value of providing security to the citizen in the third place, The legal dimension that electronic newspapers play in consolidating the values of citizenship came in the first place, as they introduce the texts of the legal articles related to citizenship, followed by clarifying and understanding the texts for the followers, and then discussing the legal texts related to citizenship, As for the value dimension, the phrase spreading the spirit of cooperation and social responsibility among citizens came in the first place, followed by the dissemination of national activities that sing the love of the homeland, then developing the youth’s abilities for discussion and constructive dialogue, and it was found that there are statistically significant differences between the extent of the use of electronic newspapers in consolidating the values of citizenship And between the demographic factors in terms of gender in favor of males, and the age group in favor of 25 to less than 35 years old, which indicates that it is the most aware of citizenship. As for the educational level, it was for postgraduate qualifications, as they are more mature, while the social status was in favor of the absolute and finally the high economic level.
