المستخلص: النسخ هو إزالة الحكم الشرعي بدليل شرعي متأخر، وقد اتفق العلماء على النسخ ثلاثة أنواع: (نسخ الحكم وبقاء التلاوة، ونسخ التلاوة وبقاء الحكم، ونسخ التلاوة والحكم معا) واختص هذا البحث بنسخ دلالة الآية مع بقاء التلاوة والحكم المنطوق به في الآية. أي نسخ المفهوم الذي دلت عليه الآية دون نسخ ألفاظها ودون نسخ الحكم المنصوص عليه بتلك الألفاظ، وتتجسد أهمية البحث في كونه يكشف عن هذا النوع جديد من أنواع النسخ، ولا يعني إدراج هذا النوع تأييد وقوع النسخ في آياته بالضرورة فهذا يدور مع الدليل إثباتا ونفيل وقد تضمن البحث ثلاثة مباحث: الأول: دلالة الآية، مفهومها وحكم نسخها، والثاني: نسخ دلالة الموافقة، نماذج تطبيقية، أما المبحث الثالث: فكان عن نسخ دليل المخالفة، نماذج تطبيقية ثم خمت البحث بخاتمة أحصت أهم نتائجه.

Abrogation is the removal of a rule in AL Sharia in favour of another late rule. Scholars have agreed that abrogation is of three types: (abrogation of the rule and the recitation remains, abrogation of the recitation and the rule remains, and abrogation of both of them). This research is specialized in the abrogation of the meaning of the Aya not the recitation and the rule according to which the Aya is recited. That is, to abrogate the concept the Aya refers to without abrogating its readings and without abrogating the rule of those readings. The research is important for it is the first one that uncovers this kind of abrogation. The inclusion of this type does not necessarily mean affirming the occurrence of abrogation in its Ayas; this goes with evidence positively or negatively. The research includes three sections:- The first includes the meaning of Aya with its conception and the abrogation rule of which; the second includes the abrogation of agreement meanings together with applied samples and the third tackles the abrogation of controversy evidence and applied samples. The research is concluded by counting the results.
