المستخلص: تناول البحث خدمات المعلومات التقليدية والإلكترونية وإمكانية تقديم خدمات المعلومات من خلال موقع التواصل الاجتماعي الفيس بوك وهدف البحث إلى التعرف على موقع التواصل الاجتماعي الفيس بوك وخدمات المعلومات الممكن تقديمها من خلاله والتعرف على مكتبة الكلية التقنية الإدارية/ الموصل وخدمات المعلومات المقدمة فيها وتقديم مقترح لتقديم خدماتها من خلال موقع التواصل الاجتماعي الفيس بوك، واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي في دراسة موضوع البحث ومنهج دراسة الحالة في دراسة واقع مكتبة الكلية التقنية الإدارية/ الموصل. وخرج البحث بمجموعة من الاستنتاجات أهمها: 1. إمكانية تقديم خدمات معلومات إلكترونية من خلال موقع التواصل الاجتماعي (الفيس بوك) مثل الخدمة المرجعية وخدمة الإحاطة الجارية والبث الانتقائي للمعلومات. 2. إمكانية التعريف بالمكتبة وأنشطتها وخدمات المعلومات التي تقدمها من خلال صفحة المكتبة على موقع التواصل الاجتماعي الفيس بوك. أما أهم التوصيات فهي: 1. استغلال مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي والفيس بوك خاصة بإمكاناته التقنية وتفاعله المباشر في تقديم خدمات معلومات حديثة ورفع مستوى أداء المكتبة. 2. دراسة مجتمع المستفيدين الذي تخدمه المكتبة من مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي ومجال اهتماماتهم والتوصل لما يحتاجون إليها وتقديم خدمات تفاعلية.

The research dealt with traditional and electronic information services and the possibility of providing information services through the social networking site Facebook. The aim of the research was to identify the social networking site Facebook and the information services that can be provided through it, to identify the library of the Administrative Technical College I Mosul and the information services provided therein, and to submit a proposal to provide its services from Through the social networking site Facebook, the research followed the descriptive approach in studying the research topic and the case study approach in studying the reality of the library of the Administrative Technical College/ Mosul. The research came out with a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: 1. The possibility of providing electronic information services through the social networking site (Facebook), such as the reference service, the ongoing briefing service, and selective broadcast of information. 2. The possibility of introducing the library, its activities, and the information services it provides through the library's page on the social networking site Facebook. The most important recommendations are: 1. Exploiting social networking sites and Facebook, especially its technical capabilities and direct interaction, in providing modern information services and raising the level of library performance. 2. Study the community of beneficiaries that the library serves through social networking sites and their areas of interest, find out what they need, and provide interactive services.
