المستخلص: Energy is one of the basic structures of the global economy, as it is the main engine for it and for all economic activities over time, and the importance of energy resources is increasing with the increase in scientific and technological development, and these resources are witnessing vigorous and renewed research by countries due to their importance and position in the power of the state on the one hand and the preservation of its sovereignty on the one hand On the other hand. The country that possesses energy resources is a country with energy immunity against scarcity and oligarchy, as well as against exploitation and vulnerability by other countries. The status of energy resources has increased with international competition over them, especially in the last decades of the twenty-first century.
