المستخلص: تهدف الورقة إلى توضيح مفهوم مقاومة السياسات الحيوية من خلال تتبعه عند الفيلسوف ميشيل فوكو، وإبراز دورها كعنصر، يستطيع من خلاله الجسد الاجتماعي مواجهة تطبيقات السياسات الحيوية القائمة على إدارة الحياة، وضبط البشر. كما تهدف أيضا إلى الكشف عن دور الجسد الاجتماعي في عملية المقاومة، سواء من خلال المناعة، أو المواجهة القصدية. تتمحور مشكلة الورقة في عدم وضوح أشكال للمقاومة في حالة السياسات الحيوية. حيث تختلف هذه السياسات من خلال أساليبها في ضوء العمليات الخفية والناعمة، التي تتضح عندما تلعب السياسات الحيوية دورا كسياسة تشريح تركز على الجسم كآلة- لتحسين قدراته، توجيهه ودمجه في أنظمة تأديبية فعالة، في حين أنها تهدف إلى الموت من خلال الاستبعاد العرقي وعمليات تصنيف البشر، لذا تتطلب السياسات الحيوية أساليب مبتكرة لمقاومتها. في ضوء وجود أشكال واضحة للمقاومة تاريخيا يظهر وضوح العنصر الذي يجب رفضه أو مقاومته، فالاستبداد يبدو أكثر وضوحا عندما يتمثل بالحاكم أو نظام الدولة، أو المستعمر، أما في حالة السياسات الحيوية التي تعتبر سياسات غير ظاهرة، فإن المهمة تصبح أكثر تعقيدا من ناحية الكشف عن طبيعة هذه السياسات ومن ثم إمكانية مقاومتها. تتبع الورقة المنهج التحليلي لتحقيق المراد منها، من خلال السعي إلى الكشف عن طبيعة المفاهيم المرتبطة بها مثل: مفهوم المقاومة المرتبط بأساليب السياسات الحيوية، واختلاف تلك المقاومة عن مقاومة السياسات الاستبدادية أو الاستعمار، وتفكيك أشكال المقاومة مثل: مفهوم المناعة، والمواجهة القصدية والنتائج المنبثقة من أشكال هذه المقاومة المنسجمة مع طبيعة السلطة الحيوية، والجسد الاجتماعي الخاضع للمراقبة، بوصفه طرفا مقابلا للسلطة يدخل في علاقة معها. توصلت الورقة إلى استنتاجات مهمة منها: أن مقاومة الجسد الاجتماعي للسياسات الحيوية، ضمن محاولات قائمة في سياق العلاقة بين الجسد والسلطة، تقوم على صراع وتوتر لا ينتهي بتفوق طرف على طرف آخر، وإنما تكمن المقاومة في استمرارية الصراع، بحيث تخلق مقاومة الجسد الاجتماعي أسلوب سلطوي جديد، في حين تنتج السلطة مقاومة دائمة لها.

The paper aims to clarify the resisting biopolitics concept by following Michel Foucault's philosophy, besides, it investigates the role of resistance as an element that can make the social body face the biopolitics process which is based on life management and controlling people. Another objective of the study is to discover the role of the social body in resisting biopolitics, whether through immunity or intentional confrontation. The problem of the paper mainly focuses on unclear resistance processes in the biopolitics case, where these politics are different from their function in the light of hidden and soft processes. Biopolitics plays a role like an anatomy policy by concentrating on the body as a machine—improving its capabilities, directing it and integrating it into effective disciplinary systems—while it is a purpose of death through ethical exclusion and human classification processes. Thus, biopolitics requires innovative methods to resistance. In light of the existence of clear forms of resistance historically, the element that must be rejected or resisted appears clearly, and sovereignty seems clearer when they are represented by the ruler, i.e. the state system, or the colonizer. However, in the Biopolitics case which is considered hidden politics, the mission is going to be more complicated in terms of revealing the nature of these policies and then the possibility of resisting them. The paper follows an analytical method to achieve the intended goal by seeking to detect the meaning of the related concept like the resistance concept which relates to biopolitics processes. The difference between that resistance and the resistance to authoritarian policies or colonialism is to dismantle forms of resistance. For instance, the immunity and the intentional confrontation, and the resistance's forms are results consisting of biopolitics nature and the controlled social body as a counterpart to the power enters into a relationship with it. The paper concludes that there is a social body resisting Biopolitics within attempts in the body and power context, based on conflict and tension, that does not end with the superiority of one part over another, the social body resistance lies in the continuity of conflict that creates a new authoritarian style, whereas power produces its permanent resistance.
