|a يسعى الجاني دائما إلى طمس معالم جريمته وعدم ترك أي أثر يمكن أن يستدل من خلاله عليه، وان أهم ما يواجه المحقق الجنائي في هذه الحالة هو العمل على إثبات الوقائع وحفظ ما تمت مشاهدته والتحصل عليه في مكان ارتكاب الجريمة بكل التفاصيل واتخاذ كافة الإجراءات القانونية حيال ذلك كما له من أهمية قصوى في الكشف عن الجريمة ومساءلة الجاني وذلك باستخدام الأسلوب العلمي والتقنيات الحديثة مع الاعتماد على كفاءة هؤلاء المحققين في التعامل مع الآثار الجنائية التي تشكل فيما بعد الدليل على تورط الجاني في ارتكاب الجريمة.
|b The offender always seeks to obliterate the features of his crime and not to leave any trace through which it can be inferred and the most important thing facing the criminal investigator in this case is to work to prove the facts and save what has been seen and collected at the place of committing the crime in all details and the union of all legal procedures about it as of paramount importance un detecting the crime and holding the offender accountable, using the scientific method and modern techniques with reliance on the efficiency of these investigators in dealing with the criminal consequences that are later formed evidence of the involvement of the offender in the commission of the crime.
|d Le délinquant cherche toujours à effacer les caractéristiques de son crime et à ne laisser aucune trace à travers laquelle il peut être déduit et la chose la plus importante à laquelle est confronté l’enquêteur criminel dans cette affaire est de travailler pour prouver les faits et sauver ce qui a été vu et recueilli sur le lieu de commettre le crime dans tous les détails et l’union de toutes les procédures légales à ce sujet car il est d’une importance primordiale pour détecter le crime et tenir le délinquant responsable, en utilisant la méthode scientifique et les techniques modernes avec confiance. Sur l’efficacité de ces enquêteurs dans le traitement des conséquences criminelles qui sont par la suite constituées de preuves de l’implication du délinquant dans la perpétration du crime.
