المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى استعراض ومناقشة التراث البحثي الاجتماعي والسياسي حول ممارسة المرأة حقوقها السياسية، وذلك على المستوى العربي والعالمي. وهو ما قد يفضي إلى التنبيه إلى مدى أهمية مشاركة المرأة وممارستها حقوقها السياسية، وكذا تشكيل معرفة علمية بشأن أوجه التشابه والاختلاف والتمايز المتعلق بها على مستويات متباينة؛ عربيا وعالميا. أهم نتائج الدراسة هي: 1- أن الممارسة تتضح من كيفية ممارسة المرأة دورها السياسي بطريقة فعالة من خلال منظمات المجتمع المدني، وغيرها من مؤسسات الدولة المختلفة، والممارسة والمشاركة السياسية للمرأة من خلال المجالات المستقلة التي تتداخل مع بعضها البعض لتؤدي في النهاية إلى تكامل البنية الاجتماعية؛ حيث يختلف كل مجال عن الآخر في بنائه ودوره. 2- يعد عدم ممارسة المرأة حقوقها السياسية بأشكاله المختلفة أحد المعوقات التي تهدد تحقيق التنمية المستهدفة، وذلك وفق بيانات وإحصاءات المنظمات الدولية المعنية برصد هذه الظاهرة. 3- يؤدي الفهم الخاطئ للدين والعصبية الشديدة والنظرة المجتمعية التقليدية والنمطية لدور المرأة التقليدي إلى عدم ممارستها حقوقها السياسية. 4- وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين الفقر وعدم المشاركة السياسية للمرأة، ومن ثم إضعاف وضع المرأة؛ اجتماعيا وثقافيا واقتصاديا.. إلخ. 5- أهمية الأبعاد الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للمشاركة السياسية للمرأة؛ كأحد أوجه عمليات التنمية الشاملة.

Main Objective: The study intends to evaluate and debate the social and political research legacy on women's political rights at the Arab and international levels. This may result in increased awareness of the importance of women's political involvement and exercise, as well as the production of scientific information on the similarities, differences, and distinctions connected to them at various levels, both Arab and worldwide. The study concluded the following most important results: 1- The practice is clear from how women exercise their political role in an effective manner through civil society organizations; the practice focuses on the actor, i.e. political women, as a means and goal of social change, and this is dependent on community members' awareness of the importance of women's political participation, through socialization, and positive participation through practice, thus transforming the social structure that supports the inferior view of women. Thus, engagement in political decision making and knowledge of it is one of Bourdieu's conditions of practice, as Bourdieu believes society to be a field of practice, and the practice and political participation of women Independent regions that overlap to eventually lead to the integration of the social structure, with each field differing in its construction and purpose. 2- According to the data and statistics of international organizations involved with monitoring this phenomena, one of the challenges threatening the attainment of targeted development is the inability of women to exercise their political rights in their many manifestations. 3- Misconceptions about religion, excessive uneasiness, and old cultural views of women's traditional and stereotyped roles all contribute to their failure to exercise their political rights. 4- The presence of a link between poverty and a lack of political engagement among women, which weakens them socially, culturally, and economically. Etcetera. 5- The significance of the social and economic elements of women's political engagement as a component of overall development processes.
