المستخلص: إن مساهمة المنظمات غير الحكومية في ترقية التنمية المستدامة تمثل عاملا مهما لتشجيع مفاوضات أكثر طموحا ورغبة في الدفاع عن البيئة. وأننا في مرحلة تحول مستمر نحو تطوير مبدأ المساهمة لتطوير الديمقراطية وإرساء الحاكمية الرشيدة في المسائل البيئية، لأن مساهمة المنظمات غير الحكومية أصبح أساسيا لتطور القانون الدولي للبيئة ولضمان تمثيل المصالح البيئية للمواطنين. ولن يتحقق ذلك إلا بمنح المنظمات غير الحكومية دورا رسميا لترجيح الكفة والتأثير على المجموعات الاقتصادية الكبيرة.

The contribution of non-governmental organizations to the promotion of sustainable development is an important factor in promoting more ambitious negotiations and a desire to defend the environment. and that we are in a constant transition towards Developing the principle of contributing to the development of democracy and establishing good environmental governance, because the contribution of NGOs has become essential to the development of international environmental law. that the environmental interests of citizens are represented. This will only be achieved by giving NGOs a formal role in weighing the scales and influencing large economic groups.

La contribution des ONG à la promotion du développement durable est un facteur important pour encourager des négociations plus ambitieuses et une volonté de défendre l'environnement. Et que nous sommes dans une phase de transformation continue vers le développement du principe de contribution au développement de la démocratie et à l'instauration d'une bonne gouvernance en matière d'environnement, car la contribution des organisations non gouvernementales est devenue essentielle au développement du droit international de l'environnement et à assurer la représentation des intérêts environnementaux des citoyens. Cela ne sera possible qu'en donnant aux ONG un rôle formel pour faire pencher la balance et influencer les grands groupes économiques.
