And how to develop a general strategy that requires all government service projects during the preparation and study period through the integration of the investment aspect to provide financial resources after operation to keep these projects from deteriorating and ensure their continuity while developing their efficiency to meet them. Citizens' needs and then come up with recommendations that maintain service projects with high efficiency and do not waste public money. | ||
