المستخلص: يتناول هذا البحث موضوعات أبحاث الترقية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بقسم القراءات، ومدى ارتباطها بالمجالات البحثية التي حددها القسم، ونسبة تحقيقها للأولويات البحثية، وذلك من خلال جمعها تحت مجالات التخصص وهي: القراءات، والتجويد، والرسم والضبط، والوقف والابتداء، وعد الآي، والأسانيد، ولكون قسم القراءات بالجامعة الإسلامية من أقدم الأقسام العلمية المتخصصة والنادرة، وللوفرة التي يحظى بها القسم من أساتذة متخصصين في القراءات وعلومها، رأيت أن جمع نتاجهم العلمي، ودراسته يساهم في تطوير التخصص، ويثري الجوانب التي لم تحض بمزيد من الأبحاث والكتابات حولها، وبهذا تتضح أهمية الموضوع وأسباب اختياره، ويمكن تلخيصها في النقاط الآتية: ١- توفر كادر أكاديمي متخصص في القراءات وعلومها. ٢- تنوع المجالات البحثية لقسم القراءات. ٣- تسليط الضوء على المجالات البحثية للقسم. ٤- وضع الخطط التطويرية لتحديد الأولويات البحثية للقسم. ومن أهم نتائج البحث: أولًا: أن أبحاث الترقية تركزت في مجال القراءات المتواترة. ثانيًا: أن المجالات التي وضعها القسم بحاجة إلى دعم وتوجيه الباحثين لإثرائها بحثياً. ثالثًا: تميز النتاج العلمي للأعضاء ساهم في الكشف عن الموضوعات الجديرة بالدراسة والبحث، وهناك عددًا من الأبحاث أكملت في بحوث أخرى للترقية أو رسائل علمية؛ ماجستير ودكتوراه.

This research deals with promotion research topics for faculty members in the Department of Recitations, their relevance to the research fields identified by the department, and the percentage of their achievement of research priorities, by collecting them under the areas of specialization, namely: readings, intonation, drawing and setting, endowment and initiation, counting verses, chains of transmission, and the fact that The Department of Recitations at the Islamic University is one of the oldest specialized and rare scientific departments, and due to the abundance of female professors specializing in readings and their sciences, I saw that collecting their scientific output and studying it contributes to the development of specialization and enriches aspects that did not receive more research and writings about it, and thus the importance of the topic and the reasons for it become clear. choice, which can be summarized in the following points: 1- The availability of an academic staff specializing in readings and their sciences. 2- The diversity of the research fields of the readings section. 3- Shedding light on the research areas of the department. 4- Develop development plans to determine the research priorities of the department. The most important search results: First: The promotional research focused on the field of frequent readings. Second: The fields developed by the department need the support and guidance of researchers to enrich them with research. Third: The excellence of the scientific output of the members contributed to revealing topics worthy of study and research, A number of research have been completed in other research for promotion or master›s and doctoral dissertations.
