يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على النظم الخبيرة، وإمكانية تطبيق أداة Es Builder Web على خدمات المكتبات، واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لأداة Es Builder Web، وعرض خصائصها وأهدافها وإمكاناتها في توفير خدمات أفضل، كما اعتمد على المنهج التطبيقي للأداة Es Builder Web على خدمات المكتبات: (الإعارة، والخدمة المرجعية). أما عن أدوات جمع البيانات فتمثلت في قائمة المراجعة بوصفها أداة لجمع البيانات عن أداة (Es Builder Web) وعلى أدبيات الموضوع، وتوصل البحث إلى عدد من النتائج منها : روعي في بناء أداة builder web Es التبسيط في أسلوب الاتصال المتبادل بين المستفيد والنظام، بمعنى أن المستفيد من النظام عليه أن يتبع الإرشادات، ويقوم بالإجابة عن الأسئلة، ومن ثم يقوم النظام بالرد والإجابة، مع العلم أن الحوار كله يحدث مع المستفيد باللغة العربية ببساطة، فضلا عن أن النظم الخبيرة تساعد - إلى حد كبير - في تسهيل عمليات الإعارة والخدمة المرجعية في المكتبات، وذلك من خلال ما تقدمه من مساعدة ومساهمة في عمليات التسيير ، واتخاذ القرار في المواقف الصعبة التي تواجهها الخدمات كما تقدم البحث بعدد من التوصيات منها : تحفيز الباحثين على إجراء البحوث والدراسات الخاصة بتصميم نظم الخبرة في مجال خدمات المكتبات؛ حتى لا يحدث اللجوء إلى شراء النظم المصممة في الخارج، التي قد لا تتناسب طبيعتها مع الظروف البيئية المحيطة. كذلك ضرورة تدريب العاملين على الأنظمة الخبيرة؛ للوصول إلى الأداء الأمثل في المهنة المكتبية.
The research aims to identify expert systems, and the possibility of applying the Es Builder Web tool in library services, and the research is based on a descriptive analytical method for the Builder Web Tool, and present its characteristics, goals and capabilities to provide better services, it also relies on the applied methodology of the Es Builder Web tool in library services (circulation and reference service). The research also made a number of recommendations, including: Motivating researchers to conduct research and studies on designing expert systems in the field of library services so that the purchase of systems designed abroad is not resorted to and whose nature may not be appropriate to the surrounding environmental conditions, also, it is necessary to train workers in expert systems in order to achieve optimum performance in the office profession.
