|a إن الإسلام دين النظام والتقعيد، دين الانضباط والالتزام، جاء منسجما تمام الانسجام مع فطرة البشر وحاجات الإنسان بل جاء مراعيا لأحوال البيئة والكائنات الموجودة في هذا العالم، لأن النبي الخاتم مبعوث رحمة للعالمين. والتقدم والنمو الحاصلان في فن تقعيد الأحكام الشرعية، أدى إلى اتساع دائرة الاهتمام بالقواعد والتقعيد حتى شمل فقهاء الشرع وفقهاء القانون أيضا وعكف كلا الفريقين على صياغة مجموعة من القوانين والتشريعات الجزئية من هذه القواعد.
|b Islam is a religion of order and strictness, a religion of discipline and commitment, which came in complete harmony with human instinct and human needs. Rather, it came taking into account the conditions of the environment and the beings in this world, because the final Prophet was sent as a mercy to the worlds. and the progress and growth that occurred in the art of consolidating Sharia rulings, led to a widening of the circle of interest in rules and confinement until it included Islamic jurists and jurisprudents of law as well, and both teams worked on formulating a set of laws and partial legislation from these rules.
