|a هذا بحث بعنوان: (الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بالحمل العنقودي). هدف الدراسة: معرفة الأحكام الفقهية التي يؤثر فيها الحمل العنقودي. ومن خلال الأسئلة التي ترد على الأطباء المختصين والفقهاء تبين وجود حاجة داعية لبحث تلك الموضوعات، ومن أبرز المسائل التي تشكل في الحمل العنقودي ما يلي: -الحمل العنقودي يعد حملا وتجري عليه أحكام الحمل أم لا؟ -الدم الناشئ عن الحمل العنقودي دم نفاس وله أحكام النفاس أم لا، وأتطرق من خلال هذه التساؤلات لبحث مسائل، منها: -التكييف الطبي والفقهي للحمل العنقودي والدم الناشئ عنه. -حكم التداوي من الحمل العنقودي. -الأحكام الفقهية المترتبة على نزول الدم بعده في بابي العبادات والأسرة. -وأخيرا حكم الجناية عليه.
|b This research is entitled: (Jurisprudential rulings related to molar pregnancy). The aim of the study: to know the jurisprudential rulings that affect molar pregnancy. Through the questions that are answered by specialist doctors and jurists, it becomes clear that there is a pressing need to discuss these topics, and among the most prominent issues that arise in molar pregnancy are the following: --A molar pregnancy is considered a pregnancy and is the ruling on pregnancy applied to it or not؟ -The blood resulting from a molar pregnancy is postpartum blood, and it has the same rulings as postpartum or not. Through these questions, I discuss issues, including: - Medical and jurisprudential adaptation of molar pregnancy and the blood resulting from it. -Ruling on treatment for molar pregnancy. -The jurisprudential rulings resulting from the bleeding after it, including matters of worship and the family. -Finally, he was convicted of a felony.
