المستخلص: Students, as the young and educated segment of the society, should observe moral virtues such as sincerity of intention, piety, respect for the rights of professors and other people in the academic environment, attention to scientific and academic duties, respect for order and discipline, non-violation of the rights of others, from all sections of the society. They should be in the forefront, so that they can use their knowledge in a good and right way, not go astray and avoid wasting their time. In the instructions of Islamic Sharia, there are detailed and clear guidelines for moving towards evolution, which makes the path of pride, success, progress, growth and development possible for humans, and one of its clear messages is to adhere to moral values. Non-observance of its moral foundations by the scientific community is one of the problems that must be addressed, because this problem has a negative effect on the moral foundations in the society and has diverted the society from its purposeful path and the existential philosophy of universities and academic foundations and it brings these academic foundations and universities under question. This article is organized under the title of etiquette and duties of students in the academic environment from the perspective of Islamic Sharia, in order to understand the duties and responsibilities of students in the academic environment, and the library method has been adopted to collect information.
