|a لم تخل ليبيا في عصر من العصور من وجود علماء كانت لهم إسهامات علمية في التأليف والتدريس في مجال العلوم الشرعية واللغوية، ومن هؤلاء العلماء الشيخ الدكتور فرج على الفقيه، قام الشيخ بتأليف نظم في علم مقاصد الشريعة جاء في (200) بيت ضمنه عددا من المباحث المهمة في علم المقاصد بدأ ببيان معنى المقاصد ونشأتها ومصدرها، والمقصد الشرعي من التشريع. ومن خلق الإنسان ثم المقصد الشرعي من الصلاة، والزكاة والصوم والحج والزواج وغيرها من المقاصد التي يحتاجها المسلم في حياته وجاءت بها الشريعة الإسلامية. فقمت بشرحها والتعليق عليها في شرح مؤخر مع بيان المعاني اللغوية للنظم مستدلا بالآيات القرآنية والأحاديث النبوية على كلام الناظم.
|b Throughout the ages, many Libyan scholars have contributed to Sharia and Linguistic sciences either by teaching or writing books. For example, among these scholars was Dr Farj Ali Al-Faqih who put much effort and contributed significantly to the Islamic and Arabic world. Dr Al-faqih explained the main purpose of Sharia law where he wrote 200 verses in the form of poetry (text). The poetry verses started by elucidating the definition, origination and where these purposes of Sharia law came from. Furthermore, other key topics such as the purpose of human creation, prayer, zhaka, fasting, pilgrimage (Hajj), and marriage were discussed. The rules and principles of fiqih and other important topics that touch the daily life of Muslims based on Sharia law were discussed as well. Finally, in the presented paper, the author briefly clarified and commented on these verses. Also, the author used the holy Quran and the prophet Mohammed's saying and teaching (peace be upon him) as a reference to explain the linguistic meaning of some of the mentioned in Al-Faqih’s text.
