|a يرى (د. كمال أبو ديب). أن للنثر إيقاعه، وبمعنى آخر، أنه يقوم على إيقاع الفقرة أو السطر، لأنه يستند بقوة إلى الفصل والوصل. فقد كانت مبادئ الفصل والوصل في الشعر الخليلي تقوم على طول التفعيلات وحدودها، وعلى الشطر ثم على السطر. والشطر والسطر محددان بالقافية ونهاية البيت. أما إيقاع النثر فيقوم على فصل ووصل من نمط مختلف ينشئه البعد الدلالي المتعلق بامتداد النفس، والضغط النابع من تموجات التجربة والقراءة والحركة الداخلية للهجة الشعرية. يعد الإيقاع من أكثر مظاهر الشعرية تموقعا في النص الأدبي، وعليه جاء بحثنا ليدرسه في المقالة الأدبية التي كتبها الشعراء العرب خلال النصف الثاني من القرن العشرين.
