|a الهدف الرئيسي من هذا البحث هو بيان حقيقة "كوفيد 19" وما رافقه من أحكام فقهية متغيرة من خلال نوازل الطهارة المتغيرة والصلاة والزكاة والصيام والحج، وهي واجبات ثابتة في أصلها، وحكمها عادة، إلا في حال هذه الجائحة الكونية حيث تأكد الحفاظ على الذات، فكانت الأحكام متغيرة بحكم الضرورة. وأصبحت مآلات التغير محكومة بالمصلحة التي قدرها الفقهاء استنادا إلى العلم الصحيح وكانت هذه المآلات الخاصة بالتغير الحكمي متماشية تماما مع خطورة هذا الوباء وتغير شدته وعواقبه وآثاره على الحياة الصحية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والتربوية. وقد أبانت الأحكام الفقهية عن أهميتها في التعامل مع هذا الوباء وتكييف ذلك حفاظا على الإنسان بمفهومه الشامل وحفاظا على مكاسبه ودينه.

The outcomes of change became governed by the interest that the jurists estimated based on sound science, and these outcomes of governance change were completely in line with the seriousness of this epidemic, its changing severity, its consequences, and its effects on health, economic, social, and educational life. Jurisprudential rulings have demonstrated their importance in dealing with this epidemic and adapting it to preserve the human being in its comprehensive sense and preserve his gains and religion.
