هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن المبادئ والأفكار التي تتعلق بظاهرة العولمة، ودور اللغة العربية في مواجهتها، ودور الأنظمة العربية في التربية والتعليم في مواجهة اللغتين: الإنكليزية والفرنسية، وتقوية اللغة العربية والعمل على تفعيلها. استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتقنية تحليل المحتوى من أفكار وقراءات تناولت هذه الظاهرة. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة الدور الريادي المتوقع من التعليم في صناعة الوعي، والتحرر، وأهمية ذلك على النقد في مواجهة ثقافة الصمت والتخلف، إضافة إلى امتلاك ثقافة التعاون، والمسؤولية الأخلاقية، والوحدة والتنظيم، مع ملاحظة غياب ذلك عن ممارسات التربية والتعليم في عالمنا العربي. وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة أن يسهم التعليم والوعي والمنظمات الكبرى والصغرى في الواقع العربي ببناء أفراد قادرين وفاعلين في تغيير محيطهم، وباستثمار القيمة الاقتصادية للغة العربية بوصفها رأس مال عربي، وذلك باستخدامها في المجالات الاقتصادية والتجارية، ومساندة دورها في التقدم الاقتصادي في العالم العربي.
This study aims to discover the principles and ideas in relation to globalization and the role of the Arabic language in the confrontation of this phenomenon and the role of the Arab systems in education to face the two languages French and English in order to strengthen the Arabic language and work to activate it. Both researchers used the analytical method and technology of content analysis for ideas and articles that deal with this phenomenon. The results of the study demonstrated the important expected role of education in the construction of consciousness and liberation and the importance of this in the critique of the confrontation of the culture of silence and delay, we add, culture of cooperation ,moral responsibility, most of which is absent from our Arab educational practice. The study recommended the need to contribute education ,awareness and the large and small organizations in the Arab reality in building individuals who have the capacity to change their environment, investing in the economic value of the Arabic language by describing it as an Arabic capital and taking advantage of it in all economic and commercial fields and supporting their role in economic improvement in the Arab world.
