المستخلص: تنبع أهمية الفضاء الآسيوي من كونه إقليما يضم قوى كبرى صاعدة ذات تأثير متزايد في النسق الدولي، وكما يرشح العديد من الخبراء فمن المحتمل أن يكون القرن الحالي قرنا آسيويا إذا ما تحققت فرضية تحول القوة من الغرب إلى الشرق. وتعد الهند إحدى القوى الأسيوية الكبرى ذات تأثير جيوسياسي كبير نظرا لما تحوزه من عناصر قوة قل تواجدها لدى بعض القوى الأخرى، مما يفسر صعودها اليوم سواء في محيطها المباشر بوصفها قوة إقليمية في جنوب آسيا ذات مؤهلات ضخمة أو في عموم أرجاء القارة الأسيوية. وتلازما مع هذا الوضع، أضحت السياسة الخارجية المغربية اليوم في تجاوب مستمر مع التحولات الدولية وخاصة تلك التي تعرفها القارة الآسيوية الصاعدة. ومما يدل على ذلك، الانفتاح المغربي على آسيا خلال السنوات الأخيرة بالكثافة إلى الحد الذي يكفل تطور سياسة مغربية آسيوية ذات دينامية متجددة، حيث تشكل الهند إحدى أهم مرتكزاتها. لقد عبر صانع القرار المغربي صراحة في رغبته في الانتقال من آليات التعاون التقليدي التي تربط البلدين إلى شراكة استراتيجية معمقة مع الهند تروم تطوير آليات التعاون المشترك سواء في مختلف أبعاده ناهيك عن تنشيط سياسة تعاون جنوب- جنوب التي تظل إحدى أهم محاور سياسة خارجيتي البلدين. وصلا بما سبق، ستحاول الورقة رصد مراحل تطور العلاقات المغربية الهندية مع بيان مختلف مظاهر التعاون بين البلدين بغية استشراف مستقبلها خاصة في ظل تشكل نظام دولي جديد متعدد الأقطاب.

The importance of Asian space stems from the fact that it is a territory of rising major powers with an increasing influence on the international landscape. As many experts nominate, the current century is likely to be an Asian century if the hypothesis of a power shift from the West to the East is realized. India is one of the major Asian Powers with considerable geopolitical influence due to its low strength among some others, which explains its rise today both in its immediate surroundings as a highly qualified regional force in South Asia and throughout the Asian continent. In conjunction with this situation, Morocco's foreign policy is now constantly responding to international transformations, especially those of the emerging Asian continent. Morocco's openness to Asia in recent years has been so intense as to ensure the development of a Moroccan-Asian policy of renewed dynamism that India is one of its most important pillars. Morocco's decision-maker expressly expressed its desire to move from the traditional cooperation mechanisms linking the two countries to an in-depth strategic partnership with India aimed at developing joint cooperation mechanisms in all its dimensions, not to mention revitalizing the South-South cooperation policy, which remains one of the most important pillars of the foreign policy of the two countries. In line with the foregoing, the paper will attempt to monitor the stages of the development of Morocco's Indian relations with a view to demonstrating the various forms of cooperation between the two countries with a view to foreseeing their future, especially in the context of a new multipolar international order.
