|a قضاء الإعلام هو قضاء متخصص ينظر في المنازعات الخاصة بقضايا النشر والإعلام وبجانبيها الجزائي والمدني وهو تختص بالنظر في منازعات النشر والمطبوعات المرتكبة من الإعلاميين والصحفيين والانتهاكات التي يتعرضون لها. وتسمى الجهة القضائية التي تحسم هذه النزاعات بمحكمة قضايا النشر والإعلام وهي محكمة مستحدثة تختص بالنظر في المنازعات ذات الصبغة الإعلامية والذي يهمنا في هذا المجال سلطة واختصاص هذه المحكمة المتنوعة بين الاختصاصات الثلاثة الشخصي والنوعي والمكاني وبطبيعة الحال سيصاحب اختصاص هذا القضاء تنازع وتداخل بينها وبين المحاكم الجزائية الأخرى لذا لا بد من البحث والتمحيص حول اختصاص هذه المحكمة وأنواعها وإيجاد الحلول المناسبة لحالة التنازع والتداخل الذي يحصل بين اختصاص هذه المحكمة مع المحاكم الجزائية الأخرى.
|b Media court is a specialized judiciary that deals with disputes related to publishing and media, alongside both criminal and civil aspects. It is responsible for examining disputes arising from publications committed by media professionals and journalists and abuses they are subjected to. The judiciary that settles these disputes is called the? Media court? and is a newly established court specialized in handing media related conflicts. In this field, we are concerned with the authority and jurisdiction of this divers court, encompassing personal, qualitative and territorial jurisdiction, Naturally, there will be conflicts and overlaps between this court and other criminal courts. Therefore, it is essential to research and examine the jurisdiction and types of this court,and find suitable solutions for the conflicting and overlapping situations that may occur between the jurisdiction of this court and other criminal courts.
