|a إن غاية هذا البحث الوقوف على منهج نجم الدين محمد بن جماعة الأصولي الذي انتهجه في كتابه النجم اللامع شرح جمع الجوامع لبيان آرائه، واختياراته، وترجيحاته الأصولية، وما انفرد به، وما خالف فيه الإمام السبكي صاحب متن جمع الجوامع. وللوصول إلى هذه الغاية خرج البحث في مقدمة، وتمهيد، ومبحثين وخاتمة. التزمت بالمنهج التاريخي في المبحث التمهيدي، والمنهج الوصفي والاستقرائي في المبحث الأول والثاني. وقد انتهى البحث إلى أن شرح ابن جماعة المقدسي تميز بلغة سهلة، وأسلوب واضح، وهو بوتقة لزبدة الشروح السابقة لمتن جمع الجوامع، كما تحلى ابن جماعة بالموسوعية المعرفية، والموضوعية في مناقشة آراء الآخرين، وأكثر من النقول عمن سبقه من الفحول، وكان موافقا لجمهور السادة الشافعية في تقريراته، وموفقا في ترجيحاته واختياراته.
|b This research aims at clarifying the methodology of Najm ud-Deen Mohammad ibn Jamaah al-Maqdisi, the fundamentalist, which he adopted in his book an-Najm ul-Lami: Sharh Jame el-Jawami (The Glittering Star: Explication of the Compilation of the All-Inclusives), to demonstrate his view-points, options or alternatives, his fundamentalist preferences and what he was solitary with, and his divergences with Iman as-Sabki, the author of Jamc El-Jawami (the Compilation of the All-Inclusives). This research comprises an Introduction, three chapters and a Conclusion. The research has come up with the following: The explication of ibn Jamacah al-Maqdisi is marked with language simplicity and style clarity: It is a melting pot for the earlier explications of the Compilation of the All-Inclusives. Ibn Jamacah had also distinguished himself with the encyclopaedic epistemology and objectivism in discussing others' opinions, and intensively quoted eminent writers. In his reports, he had concurred with the leading Shafieite Community and succeeded in his preferences and options.
