|a أصبح تدويل البحث العلمي وعولمة التعليم العالي أحد موضوعات البحث الأساسية في التعليم العالي من خلال تقديم الأوراق العلمية والنشر في المجلات والمؤتمرات المتخصصة. أن تدويل البحث العلمي حقيقة قائمة بين مؤسسات التعليم العالي. لذلك تستخدم الجامعات مجموعة متنوعة من الاستراتيجيات لتحقيق التدويل الذي يعتمد على التعاون في مجال البحث العلمي بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات المحلية والجامعات المختلفة دوليا، وعلى ذلك يجب أن يتميز أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعاتهم بالقدرة على استخدام لغة التعامل مع الاختلافات الثقافية التي تتطلب من القادة الجامعيين توفير الدعم والتدريب لإعداد أعضاء هيئة التدريس ومساعدتهم على الانخراط بنجاح في تدويل البحث العلمي من خلال التنقل الدولي. حيث ينظر إلى التدويل في مجال البحث العلمي على أنه عملية يتم فيها تبادل للمعارف والمعلومات من خلال حضور المؤتمرات أو نشر الأبحاث العلمية أو التواصل عبر الإنترنت، بالإضافة إلى ذلك يمكن أن يعزز التعاون البحثي الرؤية المحتملة للعمل باستخدام شبكة الاتصالات المعرفية الدولية. تكونت عينة البحث من (۱۰۰) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية -جامعة الأزهر. ولتحقيق هدف البحث تم إعداد مقياس يهدف إلى قياس تصور أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية -جامعة الأزهر نحو تدويل البحث العلمي. أشارت النتائج إلى أن المتوسط العام لعبارات المقياس ككل بلغ (۲,۹۰)، مما يشير إلى أن استجابات أفراد العينة على هذا المقياس كانت (مرتفعة) أي أن أفراد العينة موافقين على معظم عبارات هذا المقياس مما يدل على أن درجة تصورات أعضاء هيئة التدريس المقترحة لتدويل البحث العلمي مرتفعة. لوحظ أن العامل الثالث (الدعم المؤسسي) احتل المرتبة الأولى، يليه في المرتبة الثانية العامل الثاني (التطوير المهني)، ثم في المرتبة الثالثة العامل الرابع (التعاون البحثي)، ثم في المرتبة الرابعة العامل الخامس (النشر الدولي)، ثم في المرتبة الخامسة والأخيرة العامل الأول (الإشراف المشترك)، وفي ضوء نتائج البحث تم الخروج بمجموعة من التوصيات التربوية المناسبة.
|b The internationalization of scientific research and the globalization of higher education has become one of the basic research topics in higher education through the presentation of scientific papers and publication in specialized journals and conferences. The internationalization of scientific research is a reality among higher education institutions. Therefore, universities use a variety of strategies to achieve internationalization, which depends on cooperation in the field of scientific research between faculty members in local universities and various universities internationally. Accordingly, faculty members in their universities must be able to use the language of dealing with cultural differences, which requires university leaders to provide support and training to prepare faculty members and help them to successfully engage in the internationalization of scientific research through international mobility. Internationalization in the field of scientific research is seen as a process in which knowledge and information are exchanged through attending conferences, publishing scientific research, or communicating via the Internet. In addition, research cooperation can enhance the potential vision of working using the international knowledge communication network. The research sample consisted of (100) faculty members at the College of Education Al-Azhar University. To achieve the goal of the research, a scale was prepared that aims to measure the perception of faculty members at the College of Education Al-Azhar University towards the internationalization of scientific research. The results indicated that: -The total mean of the items of the scale as a whole was (2.90), which indicates that the responses of the sample members on this scale were (high), meaning that the sample members agree with most of the items of this scale, which indicates that the degree of perceptions of faculty members proposed to internationalize scientific research is high. -It was noted that the third factor (institutional support) ranked first, followed by the second factor (professional development), then in the third place, the fourth factor (research cooperation), then in the fourth place, the fifth factor (international publishing), then in the fifth and last place, the first factor (joint supervision). According to the results of the research, a set of appropriate educational recommendations were made.
