المستخلص: يدور موضوع البحث -تدويل التعليم في ضوء السنة النبوية -حول فكرة أؤمن بها إيمانا جازما أن كل مستحدث في العصر الحاضر -سواء في التعليم أو في غيره -إنما هو نابع من القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية وله جذور إسلامية ثابتة، ومن هذه الأمور المستحدثة مصطلح "تدويل التعليم". لقد بدأت عملية تدويل التعليم منذ فجر الإسلام، لأن رسالة الإسلام عالمية لا يحدها زمان ولا مكان وتجاوزت كل الفواصل الجغرافية. لقد كان أي رسول أو نبي قبل سيدنا محمد -صلى الله عليه وسلم-يرسل لقومه خاصة إلا أن سيدنا محمدا كانت رسالته عامة -عالمية دولية -الناظر الممعن في القرآن الكريم يدرك أن القرآن الكريم حث على التدويل -ليس في التعليم فقط بل في كل شيء اقتصاد وصناعة وتجارة وزراعة و...و.... حث عليه رب العزة تبارك وتعالى. قال تعالى: (قُلْ سِيرُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ ثُمَّ انْظُرُوا كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُكَذِّبِينَ). فالله تعالى أمرنا بالسير دون تحديد الزمان أو مكان أو بيئة معينة. إن قضية تدويل التعليم تذوب فيها كل الفوارق وتجمع بين القواسم المشتركة في الأخوة الإنسانية من منطلق قول الله تعالى: "(يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنَّا خَلَقْنَاكُمْ مِنْ ذَكَرٍ وَأُنْثَى وَجَعَلْنَاكُمْ شُعُوبًا وَقَبَائِلَ لِتَعَارَفُوا إِنَّ أَكْرَمَكُمْ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ أَتْقَاكُمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلِيمٌ خَبِيرٌ)". لكن مع الحفاظ على الهوية الوطنية القومية والثوابت الأصيلة العقدية الدينية من منطلق قول الله تعالى: "لَكُمْ دِينُكُمْ وَلِيَ دِينِ". ولما كانت ماهية تدويل التعليم تعني نشر العلم وتبادل الخبرات والمعارف المحلية لتصبح دولية عالمية، فإن السنة النبوية اهتمت بذلك وخاصة بكل من هم داخل البيئة التعليمية كالكتب التي أرسلها النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم لجميع الملوك والعظماء حول العالم -كهرقل وكسرى والمقوقس والنجاشي -لنشر رسالة الإسلام وتعاليمه السامية، وارتحال الصحابة والسلف والبعثات الرسمية من الأزهر الجميع بلدان الدنيا لنشر التعليم الأزهري. ونحو ذلك. ولكي ننهض بالتعليم الجامعي الأزهري في العصر الحاضر لا بد من امتلاك جامعة الأزهر لقدرات مادية وموارد بشرية ذات كفاءة عالية للقيام بجميع المهام والوظائف التي يتطلبها عصر التغير السريع في كل شيء حولنا، خاصة وأن الأزهر الشريف به كفاءات علمية شهد لها القاصي والداني مع حرصنا الكامل على استمرارية ما تتميز به جامعة الأزهر من علوم شرعية وعربية جعلت الأزهر الشريف صاحب ميزة تنافسية على سائر الجامعات، فلا بد من القضاء على معوقات تدويل التعليم الجامعي الأزهري لكي يواكب الحاضر ويستشرف نحو للمستقبل.

The subject of the research-the internationalization of education in the light of the Sunnah-is about an idea which I firmly believe in, i.e., every novelty in the present era-whether in education or otherwise-stems from the Holy Qur'an and the Prophet's Sunnah, and has firm Islamic roots. Among these innovations is the term "Internationalization of Education". The internationalization of education began since the first periods of Islam, as the message of Islam is universal, unlimited by time or place, and transcended all geographical boundaries. All messengers or prophets before Muhammad (PBUH) were sent to their peoples in particular, but the message of Muhammad (PBUH) was general, global and international. By observing the Holy Qur’an, it is realized that it urged internationalization-not only in education, but also in all life activities, including economy, industry, trade, agriculture, etc. Allah said: Say, "Travel through the land; then observe how was the end of the deniers." God Almighty commanded us to travel without specifying a specific time, place or environment. Moreover, the internationalization of education makes all the differences fade, and brings together the common denominators of human fraternity based on the words of God Almighty: "O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female and made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another. Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Aware." But while preserving the national identity and the original religious doctrinal constants based on the words of God Almighty: "For you is your religion, and for me is my religion" Since the nature of the internationalization of education means the dissemination of knowledge and the exchange of local experiences and knowledge in order to become international and global, the Sunnah of the Prophet concerned about that, especially for those within the educational environment. For example, the Prophet (PBUH) sent books to all kings and greats around the world-such as Heraclius, Khosrau, Muqawqis and Negus to spread the message and sublime teachings of Islam. Moreover, the travels of Companions, predecessors, and official missions from Al-Azhar to all countries of the world to spread Al-Azhar education, and so on. Thus, in order to advance Al-Azhar university education in the present era, it is necessary for Al Azhar University to possess material capabilities and highly qualified human resources to carry out all the tasks and functions required by the era of rapid change in everything around us, especially since Al-Azhar Al Sharif has scientific competencies witnessed by everyone, in addition to our full keenness to the continuity of the Islamic and Arabic sciences studies in Al-Azhar University, which have granted Al-Azhar a competitive advantage over other universities, it is necessary to eliminate the obstacles to the internationalization of Al-Azhar university education in order to keep pace with the present and foresee the future.
