المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى إعداد برنامجين لتأهيل الآلام المزمنة للمنطقة القطنية والعجزية، والتعرف على أثر البرنامجين باستخدام التمارين العلاجية والأجهزة الطبية وفق المدى الحركي في تأهيل العضلات العاملة للمنطقة القطنية والعجزية، استخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي بأسلوب المجموعتين المتكافئتين ووصف لعينة البحث وطريقة اختيارها وأسلوب تشخيصها وأيضا شمل الأدوات والأجهزة التي استخدمت. اعتمدت الدراسة على استمارة، وكذلك تضمن الاختبارات والقياسات قيد البحث وأيضا شمل الوسائل الإحصائية لمعالجة البيانات. ومن اهم النتائج الدراسة دور التمارين العلاجية والأجهزة الطبية في تأهيل الآلام المزمنة للمنطقة القطنية والعجزية.

The research dealt with the most important muscular injuries that affect the areas of the spinal column, the injury to the lumbar and sacral region, especially the injury to the working muscles and the cause of this injury to the person and the extent of its negative effects on movement and the resulting symptoms and how to treat it through therapeutic exercises and medical devices according to the motor range. As for the research problem, it lies in injury The working muscles of the lumbar and sacral region and their spread among the sports community through what the researcher conducted from a field study and it became clear through it the existence of traditional methods of treating injury and the lack of spread of the culture of physical therapy and therapeutic exercises by all its means. The effect of the two programs using therapeutic exercises and medical devices according to the kinetic range in rehabilitating the working muscles of the lumbar and sacral region. As for the theoretical studies, they included the anatomy of the spine and its regions, the anatomy of the lumbar and sacral region, the statement of the nature of the injury in question, the clarification of rehabilitation and its means, the importance of therapeutic exercises and medical devices, their benefits and types. It also included the tools and devices that were used. And also addressing the means of data collection, which included the injury diagnosis form and the mother's degree questionnaire form prepared by the researcher, as well as included the tests and measurements under discussion, and also included the statistical means for data processing. As for the presentation of the results, their analysis and discussion, the presentation of the results, their statistical treatment and tabulation in a set of illustrative tables, and then analyzed and discussed in a scientific manner supported by solid sources. Several of the most important were the role of therapeutic exercises and medical devices in rehabilitating the chronic pain of the lumbar and sacral region
