المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية على تحقيق الأهداف الاستراتيجية للإدارة العمومية في الجزائر وانتهج الباحثون في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي حيث تم استمارة استبيان (أداة بحث لجمع البيانات وتوزيعها على عينة الدراسة وتماشيا مع طبيعة وأهداف الدراسة تم استخدام عدة أساليب إحصائية المتمثلة في النسب المئوية والتكرارات للإجابة على أسئلة محاور الدراسة وترتيبها حسب أهميتها النسبية. وقد تم التوصل إلى أن تحسين مستوى الإدارة العمومية في بلدية تاوزيانت يتطلب السعي إلى توفير المتطلبات الأساسية لتطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية بصورة ملائمة وكذلك العمل على الحد من المعيقات التي تعرقل هذا التطبيق وأيضا توفير الدعم والمساندة بضرورة مستمرة من قبل الإدارة العليا، فكلما توفرت هذه الشروط كلما تحسنت الخدمة العمومية بشكل أفضل، كما بينت الدراسة أن هناك أثر لتطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية على تحقيق الأهداف الاستراتيجية للإدارة العمومية محل الدراسة بدرجات إيجابية ومتفاوتة وكان أعلى مستوى تطبيق على التوالي كما يلي: البلدية تتلقى تعليمات وتوجيهات بخصوص تطبيق مشروع الإدارة الإلكترونية وذلك عن طريق المراسلات والمنشورات. * البلدية تسعى لتحقيق الفعالية والكفاءة في أداء مهامها. * الإدارة الإلكترونية بديل للإدارة الورقية التقليدية في الإدارة العمومية يهدف الارتقاء في تقديم الخدمة العمومية.

This study aims to identify the impact of implementing electronic administration on achieving the strategic goals of public administration in Algeria. In this study, the researchers adopted a descriptive analytical approach, utilizing a questionnaire as a research tool to collect data, which was then distributed to the study sample in accordance with the nature and objectives of the research. Various statistical methods, such as percentages and frequencies, were employed to address the study's questions and organize them based on their relative importance. The findings suggest that enhancing the level of public administration in the municipality of Tauziant necessitates efforts to provide the essential prerequisites for implementing electronic administration appropriately. Additionally, it is crucial to work towards reducing the obstacles hindering this application while also ensuring continuous support from senior management. The better these conditions are met, the more significant the improvement in public service will be. The study also revealed that applying electronic administration has a positive impact on achieving the strategic objectives of the public administration under examination, albeit to varying degrees. The highest level of implementation was observed when the municipality received instructions and directives regarding the electronic management project through correspondence and publications. The municipality seeks to achieve effectiveness and efficiency in performing its duties. Electronic administration is an alternative to traditional paper-based administration in public administration, aiming to improve public service provision.
