المستخلص: يتناول هذا المقال بالدراسة والتحليل جهود الشيخ محمد بن عبد الكريم المغيلي التلمساني في مجال الكتابة في فقه السياسة الشرعية والتجديد فيها من حيث الشكل والمضمون، خاصة من خلال رسائله إلى ملوك وأمراء السودان الغربي (غرب إفريقيا) أثناء رحلته الشهيرة إليها، تلك الرسائل التي تعتبر دستورا جامعا للحكام، بغية تسيير أحسن لشؤون الحكم والرعية على منهج الكتاب والسنة، ولقد استطاع من خلال هذه الرسائل أن يجدد ويحدث تأثيرا إيجابيا بالغا في مختلف نواحي الحياة الدينية والسياسية والاقتصادية والتعليمية لشعوب السودان الغربي، ما زالت آثار ذلك قائمة في دول غرب إفريقيا إلى اليوم.

Cet énoncé entreprend l’étude des efforts des Chick Mohammed ben abd –el-Karim el-maghilli Telemcani, dans les productions du livre de la jurisprudence de la politique législatives et de la rénovation dans la forme et de la contenu. Et cela à partir de ses correspondances aux rois et aux princes du soudan occidental à travers sa fameuse promenade à ce lieu, et il a pu à partir de ces lettres d’effecteur un effet positif considérable dans tous les coins de la vie de la population du soudan occidental, et encore rétabli dans l’Afrique occidentale jusqu’à aujourd’hui.

This article studies and analyzes the efforts of Sheikh Muhammad bin Abdul Karim Al-Mughili Al-Tilmisani in the field of writing in the jurisprudence of Sharia politics and its renewal in terms of form and content, especially through his letters to the kings and princes of Western Sudan (West Africa) during his famous trip there. These letters are considered a comprehensive constitution for the rulers, with the aim of better managing the affairs of government and subjects according to the method of the Qur’an and Sunnah. Through these messages, he was able to renew and create a significant positive impact in various aspects of the religious, political, economic and educational life of the peoples of Western Sudan.
