المستخلص: سنحاول في هذه الورقة دراسة تشغيل الأطفال كظاهرة اجتماعية ومشكل إنساني بالأساس، وإذا ما تأملنا في عمق الظاهرة يبدو الحال اليوم في أوساط مجتمعاتنا المتحضرة التي يغلب عليها التصادم والتناحر والتعصب والأنانية والتعلق المفرط بالمادة على حساب المبادئ والقيم، ومن مظاهر التمييز والإقصاء وتعطل لغة الحوار البناء. هذه العوامل السلبية تساهم بقسط كبير وبشكل واضح في بروز عديد الظواهر الاجتماعية الخانقة وانتشارها في كل دول العالم ومن أبرز هذه المشاكل التي تهدد سلامة واستقرار المجتمعات وتعرقل عملية النهوض والتنمية الشاملة هي مشكلة التنمية الشاملة في قضية تشغيل الأطفال واستغلالهم اقتصاديا. هذه الظاهرة، بالنظر إلى تداعياتها الخطيرة تبقى من أدق وأعقد الظواهر الاجتماعية التي يشهدها العالم المعاصر وتتخبط في مستنقعاتها مجتمعاتنا الحديثة.

Dans cet article, nous allons étudier le phénomène de l’exploitation des enfants en les faisant travailler. En fait, c’est un manifeste social et problème humaniste essentiellement. Il faut bien observer à l’intérieur de ce phénomène qui parait de nos jours dans notre société civilisé qui est submergé par l’égoïsme et le matérialisme. D’ailleurs ces facteurs négatifs ont un grand rôle dans l’apparition de ces phénomènes sociaux et aussi bien développement dans le monde entier. La majorité des enfants qui travaillent sont invisibles hors de notre et hors d’atteinte des lois. Beaucoup d’enfants ne sont pas seulement exploités, leur droits à l’éducation, à des soins médicaux, de base, à une nutrition adéquate aux loisirs ainsi qu’à même une vie protégée et sans danger dans leur famille et leur communautés sont également bafoués. Il faut donc lutter contre ce phénomène et aussi le contrôler. D’ailleurs, il va y avoir l’étude de trois cas différents pour faire une récapitulation concernant ceci.

In this paper, we will try to study child labor as a social phenomenon and essentially a human problem. If we consider the depth of the phenomenon, the situation nowadays appears to be the case among our civilized societies, which is dominated by clashes, rivalries, fanaticism, selfishness, and over-attachment to material things at the expense of principles and values, as well as manifestations of discrimination, exclusion, and the disruption of the language of constructive dialogue. These negative factors contribute greatly and clearly to the emergence of many stifling social phenomena and their spread throughout the world. Among the most prominent of these problems that threaten the safety and stability of societies and hinder the process of advancement and comprehensive development is the problem of comprehensive development in the issue of child labor and economic exploitation. This phenomenon, in view of its dangerous repercussions, remains one of the most subtle and complex social phenomena witnessed in today's world, and our modern societies are floundering in its swamps.
