Il n’est pas possible de comprendre les raisons de réintroduire la question des minorités dans notre région arabe et l’exhumation dans les caractéristiques qui distinguent l’identité religieuse, linguistique ou ethnique ne peuvent être comprises et leurs objectifs en dehors de leurs contextes historiques et géographiques. La tentative de certains de soulever la question amazighe au Maghreb est étroitement liée au présent arabe, qui se caractérise par l’abondance de crises et de troubles.

It is challenging to comprehend the reasons behind the re-emergence of the 'issue of minorities' in our Arab region, delve into their distinctive characteristics in terms of religious, linguistic, or ethnic identity, and understand its goals beyond the confines of historical and geographical contexts.
