المستخلص: شهد الغرب الإسلامي في القرنين التاسع والعاشر الهجريين ضعفا واضحا في صناعة التوثيق، ما استنفر جهود الفقهاء لإحياء علم التوثيق تدريسا وتصنيفا، منهم أبو العباس أحمد الونشريسي (ت: 914هـ)، حيث ألف ثلاثة كتب في ذلك، وهي: كتاب في شرح وثائق القاضي الفشتالي، وكتاب في الرد على ابن الخطيب الغرناطي في ذم الوثيقة، وكتاب "المنهج الفائق"، وقد تضمن هذا الأخير أهمية علم الوثائق، ومعالم صناعة التوثيق، وتميز منهجه بالمزاوجة بين التنظير الفقهي والتدريب العملي من خلال نقله لعيون الفتاوى والأحكام. فجاء الكتاب مهما في بابه، خادما لعلم التوثيق، مسهما في رسم معالم هذه الصناعة، ببعديها الكبيرين الموثق والوثيقة.

L’occident musulman a connu, au cours des 10e et 11e siècles de l’Hégire, un retard patent dans la création des archives. Ce qui a exigé des juristes de redoubler d’efforts pour enseigner la science et les techniques de l’archivage. Parmi eux, figure le grand juriste Abou Abbas Ahmed Al Ouancharissi (décédé en 914 de l’Hégire), auteur de trois ouvrages: L’explication des archives du juriste El Fechtali, Réponse à Ibn El Khatib de Grenade, et Le livre de la grande méthode. Ce dernier est d’un intérêt majeur, dans la mesure où l’auteur y expose la science et les techniques de l’archivage, mais aussi la théorie et la pratique de la jurisprudence, et la conservation de ses arrêts grâce au document écrit.

In the ninth and tenth centuries AH, the Islamic West witnessed a notable weakness in the documentation industry. This prompted jurists to exert efforts in revitalizing the science of documentation, focusing on teaching and authoring. Among these scholars was Abu al-Abbas Ahmad al-Wansharisi (d. 914 AH), who authored three books on the subject. These works include a book elucidating the documents of Judge Al-Fashtali, a book on the response to Ibn Al-Khatib Al-Gharnati's criticism of the document, and the book 'Al-Manhaj Al-Fa'iqa.' The latter emphasized the significance of documentation science and delineated the features of the documentation industry. Al-Wansharisi's approach was distinctive, combining jurisprudential theorizing with practical training through the transmission of fatwas and rulings. This book played a crucial role in serving the science of documentation, contributing to the delineation of the industry's features, encompassing its two major dimensions: the one making the documentation and the document.
