520 |a يشير العمق والامتداد الجغرافي للجزائر للساحل والصحراء، إلى تعدد أبعاد وانتماءات الجزائر الجيوسياسية التي تتمايز وتختلف فيما بينها، فقضايا الدائرة الجيوسياسية العربية تختلف عن تلك المتوسطية، والدائرة المغاربية تختلف عن تلك الساحلية، الأمر الذي يدل على تعدد الأبعاد والقضايا التي تميز كل بعد بما يتوافق مع متطلبات البيئة الجيوسياسية وكذا بالامتداد الحضاري والقيمي، التاريخي والاقتصادي للجزائر. بناءا على ما سبق، تبرز مكانة الساحل الإفريقي على اعتباره عمق استراتيجي للجزائر، يشترك ويتصل بها من خلال عديد التفاعلات: البشرية، الاقتصادية، التاريخية، الحضارية، القيمية والدينية. إلا أن السمة الغالبة في الوقت الحالي هي الاشتراك في الهواجس الأمنية التي تسود هذه المنطقة. من هنا فإن هذه الورقة البحثية تعنى بتحليل أبعاد التحرك الجزائري في المنطقة الساحلية ودورها، بناءا على ما يميز البيئة الجسوسياسية والجيوامنية للساحل ووفق إدراكها لإدارة مثل هذه الأوضاع، وكذا بالاستناد إلى جملة من القيم والمعايير التي تحكم سياستها الخارجية بما يسمح بتحقيق المصلحة الوطنية.  |d L’étendu géographique de l’Algérie lui confère une place stratégique interagissant ainsi avec plusieurs sphères géopolitiques, à savoir :la dimension arabo musulman, euro-méditerranéenne et maghrébine, ainsi que la dimension africaine et plus précisément la profondeur stratégique de l’Algérie vers le Sahel africain, avec laquelle l’Algérie partage de nombreuses interactions humaines, économiques, historiques, culturelles et religieuses. Mais, actuellement les menaces qui minent cet espace contraignent l’Algérie à jouer un rôle plus efficace en vue de contenir et géo sécuritaires qui embarrassent cette région d’une part, de plus le respect de ses principes normatifs ancrés dans sa politique étrangère d’autre part, sans pour autant négliger la nécessité d’atteindre son intérêt national.  |f The depth and geographic extension of Algeria, including the Sahel and the Sahara, indicate the multiplicity of Algeria’s geopolitical dimensions and affiliations that are distinct and different from each other. The issues of the Arab geopolitical circle differ from those of the Mediterranean, and the Maghreb circle differs from those of the coastal one, which indicates the multiplicity of dimensions and issues that distinguish each dimension in accordance with the requirements of the geopolitical environment, as well as the cultural, historical, and economic extension of Algeria. Based on the above, the status of the African coast emerges as a strategic depth for Algeria, which participates in and is connected to it through many interactions: human, economic, historical, cultural, ethical, and religious. However, the dominant feature at the present time is participation in the security concerns that prevail in this region. Hence, this research paper is concerned with analyzing the dimensions of the Algerian movement in the coastal region and its role based on what distinguishes the geopolitical and geological environment of the coast and according to its awareness of managing such situations. This analysis is also based on a set of values and standards that govern its foreign policy in a way that allows for achieving the national interest. This abstract was translated by AlMandumah Inc.
