المستخلص: تكشف ملابسات أزمة اللاجئين على الحدود بين بيلاروسيا وبولندا، وإنعكاساتها على الأوضاع الإنسانية للاجئين، أهمية قضية الهجرة التي تحولت من مشهد إنساني، إلى "سلاح" في أيدي بعض الدول لتحصيل مكاسب سياسية معينة. تهدف الدراسة إلى الوقوف عند التجاذب السياسي بين الطرفين، الذي كان ضحيته آلاف المهاجرين العالقين في الغابات التي يحتمون داخلها على الحدود بين بيلاروسيا ودولتي الإتحاد الأوروبي، بولندا وليتوانيا اللتين ترفضان السماح لهم بالعبور. أهم النتائج جائت لتؤكد أن ما يحدث، نموذجا جديدا لنوع حديث من الحروب، ذخيرتها لاجئون خرجوا من بلدانهم بحثا عن فرص حياة أفضل، ليجدوا أنفسهم وقودا في معركة جيوستراتيجية، هم ضحيتها.
