المستخلص: تعد فتحات وشقوق الرضاعة هي المسئولة عن توفير الجانب الوظيفي بملابس المرضعات فهي تسهل الوصول إلى الصدر لإتمام عملية الرضاعة. وعلى الرغم من تناول العديد من الدراسات السابقة لتلك الفتحات وأهميتها إلا أنها افتقدت للأسس العلمية لتصميم تلك الفتحات ومواصفاتها الفنية، مما دعي الباحثة لاقتراح مواصفات فنية لفتحات الرضاعة تتناسب مع أبعاد الصدر وحمالة الصدر التي ترتديها السيدة المرضعة واتجاه فتحاتها واقتراح أساليب غلق وبطانات ملائمة لها، وذلك لرفع مستوي الراحة والحماية للمرأة المرضعة. اتبعت تلك الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والتجريبي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (30 سيدة مرضعة). وفي ضوء نتائج استطلاع الرأي وتحليلها فنيا، تم إعداد تصورين أساسيين لفتحات الرضاعة (طولي وعرضي) والاسترشاد بقطر دائرة الصدر (2×10%) محيط الصدر -1)) في اقتراح أطوال فتحات الرضاعة ومستوياتها المختلفة من مركز الصدر للوصول لأفضل طول وأفضل مستوى للفتحة، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على أفضل أساليب الغلق وخامات البطانات الملائمة لها. وتم تنفيذ استمارة (مقياس تقدير) لقياس مدي تحقيق تلك الفتحات للجوانب الوظيفية، ومدي ملائمة أساليب الغلق والبطانات المقترحة للفتحات. وكانت أهم النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا لأبعاد فتحات الرضاعة عند مستوي دلالة 0.01 فكان أفضل بعد في تحقيق الجوانب الوظيفية البعد الثالث بنسبة 11 % عند مستوى مركز الصدر والبعد الخامس بنسبة 10% تحت مستوى مركز الصدر للفتحتين الطولية والعرضية على التوالي. وكانت السوستة هي أفضل أساليب الغلق للفتحتين الطولية والعرضية وكان النسيج القطن المبطن بطبقة عازلة (مشمع) هو أفضل بطانة للفتحتين الطولية والعرضية.

Breastfeeding openings and slits are responsible for providing the functional aspect of nursing clothes, as they facilitate access to the breast to complete the breastfeeding process. Although many studies dealt with these openings and their importance in facilitating the breastfeeding process, they lacked the scientific basis for designing these openings and their technical specifications, which prompted the researcher to propose technical specifications for the nursing openings that are commensurate with the dimensions of the chest and the bra worn by breastfeeding women, the direction of their openings, and the suggestion of appropriate closing methods. In order to raise the level of comfort and protection for breastfeeding women, the study followed the analytical descriptive approach, the experimental approach, and the research sample consisted of (30 breastfeeding women). -1)) In suggesting the length of the breastfeeding opening and its suitability and comparing it with the highest and lowest ratio (9%-11%) of the chest circumference at different levels from the center of the chest to reach the best ratio and the best level for the opening, in addition to identifying the best closing methods and suitable lining materials for it. In the light of the results of the opinion poll and their technical analysis, a form (estimation scale) was implemented to measure the extent to which these openings achieve the functional aspects, and the suitability of the closing methods and the proposed linings for the openings. The most important results were: There were statistically significant differences in the dimensions of the breast openings at the level of significance of 0.01, so it was the best dimension in achieving the functional aspects, the third dimension by 11% at the chest center level and the fifth dimension by 10% below the chest center level for the longitudinal and transverse openings, respectively. The zipper was The best closing method for the longitudinal and transverse openings, and the cotton fabric lined with an insulating layer (linoleum) was the best lining for the longitudinal and transverse openings.
