|a يهدف هذا البحث للتعرف على دور الإعلام الأمني في أمن المجتمع من حيث الأمن العام وأمن المؤسسات الأمنية وأمن الجمهور المتلقي، والتعرف على ذلك من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيأة التدريس بكلية الإعلام جامعة بنغازي وفرع كلية الإعلام المرج وأعضاء هيأة التدريس بكلية الإعلام والاتصال بجامعة إجدابيا. واعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي كونه يقدم شرحا وتفسيرا وتحليلا للبيانات والمعلومات بهدف الوصول إلى النتائج، وذلك من واقع الاستناد إلى أسلوب الدراسات المسحية المتمثلة في أسلوب مسح الجمهور العلمي المتمثل في أعضاء هيأة التدريس السابق ذكرهم، والبالغ عددهم بالكليات المعنية إجمالا (61) عضوا تم دراستهم بأسلوب الحصر الشامل حيث وزعت الاستبانة على (56) مفردة فقط وتعثر الوصول إلى خمسة أعضاء. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث ما يلي: -أوضحت نتائج البحث أن المبحوثين من أعضاء هيأة التدريس الذين طبقت عليهم أداة القياس معظمهم من الذكور وأن فئاتهم العمرية تشتمل على المراحل العمرية المتقاربة، وأن ثلثي أعضاء هيأة التدريس قيد البحث هم من حملة الماجستير. -أشارت نتائج البحث إلى أن الدور الذي يقوم به الإعلام الأمني في أمن المجتمع ككل يرتبط بمؤشرات مهنية ومعلوماتية تتعلق بالقائمين عليه، وما يضعونه من خطط عملية تتناسب ومتطلبات الأمن العام وأمن المؤسسات الأمنية وأمن الجمهور المتلقي، فضلا عن المقومات المهنية لممارسة العمل الإعلامي الأمني وفاعلية دوره وما يتضمنه من مضامين ومعلومات تساهم في الحفاظ على كل السبل الأمنية التي تتعلق بالشرائح المجتمعية المختلفة. -أفادت نتائج البحث أن دور الإعلام الأمني في أمن المجتمع وأفراده ومؤسساته يتوقف بدرجة كبيرة على الأهداف التي يسعى إلى تحقيقها على المستويات المهنية المتعددة، بالإضافة إلى الهدف الاتصالي الذي يسعى الإعلام الأمني إلى تحقيقه وفاعليته بين المجتمع والمؤسسات الأمنية وأفرادها.
|b The aim of the research is to identify the role of security media in the security of society in terms of public security, the security of security institutions, and the security of the receiving public, and to identify this from the point of view of faculty members at the Faculty of media, Benghazi University, the branch of the Faculty of media, Al-Marj, and faculty members at the Faculty of Information and Communication at Ajdabiya University. The researcher relied on the descriptive approach, as it provides an explanation, interpretation and analysis of data and information in order to reach the results, based on the method of survey studies represented in the method of surveying the scientific audience represented by the aforementioned faculty members, whose total number in the concerned colleges is (61) members who were studied in a method Comprehensive enumeration, where the questionnaire was distributed to (56) individuals only, and it was not possible to reach five members. The most significant findings of the research included: -The results of the research showed that most of the respondents from the faculty members to whom the measurement tool was applied are males, and that their age groups include similar age stages, and that two-thirds of the faculty members under study are masters' degrees. -The results of the research indicated that the role played by the security media in the security of society as a whole is linked to professional and informative indicators related to those in charge of it, and the practical plans they put in place that are commensurate with the requirements of public security, the security of security institutions and the security of the receiving public, as well as the professional ingredients for the practice of security media work and the effectiveness of its role and what It contains contents and information that contribute to preserving all security means that relate to the different segments of society. -The results of the research indicated that the role of the security media in the security of society, its individuals and institutions depends to a large extent on the goals that it seeks to achieve at the various professional levels, in addition to the communication goal that the security media seeks to achieve and its effectiveness between the community and the security institutions and their members.
