المستخلص: Ibadhis in western Tripoli and Nafusa Mountains during the second century AH (a historical creed study) This study deals with the Ibadhi belief and its creedal origins and the extent to which this belief and thought penetrated the areas south and west of Tripoli and Mount Nafusa until they became centers for the dissemination of the Ibadhi belief; the study also addressed the extent of their influence and their position on The ruling Sunni authority violating their ideological origins and their doctrinal approach in the Nafusa Mountains and some areas of Tripoli during the second century AH.The most important of their successive revolutions against the Abbasid caliphate were the revolution of Abdullah bin Masoud al-Tijbi in Tripoli 129 AH 748 AD, the revolution of Abu Khattab al-Ma’afari and the seizure of Tripoli 140-144/757-761 AD and the revolution of Aba Hatim Yaqoub bin Labib Ibadi Mountain Nafusa. It still exists today..
