المستخلص: يشتمل العنوان على ثلاثة مصطلحات هامة جدا، وتجاورهم سوف يصنع عملاً تقنياً قيماً يسهم في الإفادة والاستفادة فيما بينهم، وسوف نعرض كيفية استفادة كل تخصص من الآخر باعتبار هذه الورقة البحثية تمثل الدراسات البينية التي تلقي الضوء على كيفية انتفاع العلوم ببعضها البعض فيما بينهم بشكل إيجابي فعال. وسوف أبدأ بإلقاء الضوء على أهمية الموسيقى الشعبية والتي تعد ركناً هاماً من أركان ثقافتنا الشعبية المصرية، والتي لها دور مجتمعي هام نحو تهذيب النفوس والتصدي للانحدار الثقافي والموسيقي الذي يحيط بمسامعنا رغماً عنا، ويرجع ذلك لعدم حفظ الموسيقى الشعبية وإتاحتها التي كانت تعبر عن هوية المجتمع حتى تصبح مجالا خصبا لتوظيفها في الإبداعات الموسيقية الحديثة لنظل نحافظ على هويتنا الثقافية والموسيقية معاً؛ لذلك نحتاج إتاحتها للجيل الشاب من الملحنين والمؤلفين الموسيقيين للاعتماد على تلك الألحان الشعبية في إبداعاتهم الحديثة للدمج بينهما للوصول لعدم طمس القديم بل الجمع بين القديم والحديث بما يناسب ثقافتنا وتقاليدنا. إن العصور التي لم تشهد التطور التكنولوجي والانفتاح الثقافي كانت الأغاني والموسيقى الشعبية جزء من الاحتفالات المجتمعية بها والتي كانت تعبر عن كل منطقة ثقافية منفردة فالموسيقى والأغاني بالريف تختلف عن الصعيد وعن السواحل ... الخ فكان هناك أغاني للعمل وأغاني للأفراح لكنهم جميعا يشكلون هوية المجتمع المصري. أما الآن انحصر دور الموسيقى والغناء الشعبي وحل محلهم أشكال موسيقية وغنائية لا هوية لها وتعد غريبة على مسامعنا ولا تميزنا ويرجع ذلك لأن الأجيال الحالية لم تعايش ما كان عليه المجتمع المصري في أزمنة سابقة فضلاً عن عدم إتاحتها لهم، وما هو متاح الآن يختلف كل الاختلاف عن هويتنا الموسيقية والثقافية. لذا فإن الذكاء الاصطناعي قدم لنا حلولاً تقنية تسهم في تيسير إنجاز مهمات كثيرة لتوفر الجهد البشري لإنجاز ما لا يستطيع الاصطناع إنجازه. ولزاماً علينا تطويعه لخدمة البشرية وتحقيق الحد الأقصى من الاستفادة مما يقدمه من مميزات؛ وهنا يصعب أن أتحدث بشكل منفرد عن الذكاء الاصطناعي بمعزل عن ماهية نظم المعلومات والتي تعتمد فعاليتها على ما تقدمه التكنولوجيا الحديثة من إمكانات ومميزات تجعلنا نحكم تصميم نظام معلوماتي متكامل يبدأ من الحفظ ثم الإتاحة ثم الاسترجاع وفق طبيعة المعلومات المقدمة لنظام المعلومات، وفى حالة أننا نبادر بعمل نظام معلومات للموسيقى يجب أن يكون في اعتبارنا أننا نتحدث عن معلومات بلغة مختلفة وهى النغمات الموسيقية والتي يجب أن يتاح الاسترجاع باستخدامها. ولا بد من التأكيد على أنه لم يعد صعباً الاسترجاع بأي شكل من أشكال المعلومات سواء النص أو الصورة أو الفيديو وهو ما أتاحته التكنولوجيا الحديثة لذا أصبح من الممكن أن تسترجع بالنغمات أو التراكيب الموسيقية ... الخ، وتهدف هذه الورقة البحثية لوضع أساس هذا النظام من خلال: 1. توضيح دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في تصميم نظم المعلومات الموسيقية بفاعلية تناسب طبيعة تراثنا الموسيقي. 2. تحديد بيانات نماذج من الموسيقى الشعبية المصرية لتوثيقها باستخدام نظم المعلومات. 3. استعراض النموذج المقترح لنظم المعلومات الموسيقية بالتطبيق على الموسيقى الشعبية المصرية (المدخلات - الشاشات - المخرجات).

I will start by highlighting the importance of folk music, which is a human treasure that has an important societal role towards refining the souls and addressing the cultural decline and the music that surrounds our hearing against our we want, due to the lack of conservation of folk music that was expressing the identity of society until it becomes a wide field for its use in musical tunes To keep our cultural and musical identity together, we need to make it available to the young generation of creators to use it and its features in modern composition to combine them to reach for not forgetting the old but rather bringing them together In a way that suits our culture and traditions. So in the ages that did not witness the technological development and cultural openness, songs and popular music were part of the community celebrations that express each individual cultural region. For ether Music and songs in the countryside differ from Upper Egypt and from the coasts, etc. There were songs of work and songs for weddings, but they all constitute the identity of the Egyptian society. As for now, the role of music and folk singing is replaced by musical and lyrical forms that have no identity and are strange to our ears and do not distinguish us, because the present generations did not coexist with what societies were in previous times as well as if they were not made available to them and what is available is completely different from our musical and cultural identity.

Therefore, the artificial intelligence provided us with technical solutions that contribute to facilitating the accomplishment of many tasks to provide the human effort to accomplish what the artificial cannot accomplish. We have to adapt to serve humanity and achieve the maximum benefit from the advantages it provides; here it is difficult to speak individually about artificial intelligence independently of what information systems are, and whose effectiveness depends on what modern technology offers from the capabilities and features that make us govern the design of an integrated information system that starts from conservation and then Availability and retrieval according to the nature of the information provided to the information system. In the event that we initiate the work of an information system for music, it must be taken into account that we are talking about information in a different language, which is the musical notes that must be available using it. It must be emphasized that it is no longer difficult to retrieve in any form of information, whether text, image or video, which is provided by modern technology, so it has become possible to retrieve musical tones or compositions ... etc., and this research paper aims to lay the foundation of this system through. 1. Clarification the Role of artificial intelligence in designing musical information systems to suit the nature of music hertade. 2. Identifying data of samples of Egyptian folk music to documentation using information systems. 3. Review the proposed model for musical information systems by applying them on Egyptian folk music (inputs – screens – outputs).
