المستخلص: أدرك العالم الحاجة الماسة إلى تعزيز منهج الاستدامة في المباني والمنشآت بشكل عام، والحصول على الشهادات المعتمدة مثل هيئة الليد الأمريكية،، وقد انضمت مصر مؤخرا إلى هذا الموكب بالمجلس المصري للبناء الأخضر، ومع وجود المعايير والمبادئ الدولية والمحلية للعمارة المستدامة، ومع بدء تطبيقها على عدد من المنشآت الإدارية والتجارية بمصر، نجد أن تحقيق هدف الحصول على منشأة مستدامة لا يتحقق من خلال المهندس المعماري أو الإنشائي فقط، بل يقع جزء هام على المصمم الداخلي، فهو يحاول تحقيق هذا الهدف من خلال تصميمه، فإذا تعرضنا لأحد هذه المنشآت وهي المحلات التجارية، سيبرز دور المصمم الداخلي من خلال مدي استيعابه لمعايير الاستدامة وعلاقتها بتصميم المحل التجاري بما يحويه من شروط ومعايير أخري خاصة بمبادئ تصميم المحلات التجارية وما يتناسب أو يصلح لعرض المنتجات، ومدي التوافق بين تطبيق تلك المعايير وبين استراتيجيات التسويق للشركات التجارية، البحث يلقي الضوء على أهم معايير وشروط الاستدامة، وأمثلة لبعض الخامات والمواد التي يفضل استخدامها بالمنشآت المستدامة، مع استعراض لبعض المحلات التي تم تنفيذها وتتبع شروط ومعايير الحيزات المستدامة. مشكلة البحث: التحديات التي تواجه مصمم العمارة الداخلية للمحلات التجارية في ظل تطور مفهوم التصميم المستدام. هدف من البحث: إلقاء الضوء على اتجاهات وتطبيقات التصميم المستدام بالمحلات التجارية ومدي الدور الذي يقع على عاتق مصمم العمارة الداخلية.

The world has recognized the urgent need to enhance the sustainability approach in buildings and installations in general, and to obtain accredited certificates such as the American Led Corporation, and Egypt recently joined this procession at the Egyptian Green Building Council, and with the existence of international and local standards and principles for sustainable architecture, and with the start of its application to a number From the administrative and commercial establishments in Egypt, we find that achieving the goal of obtaining a sustainable facility is not achieved through the architectural or construction engineer only, but an important part falls on the interior designer, as he tries to achieve this goal through his design, and if we are exposed to one of these facilities, which are shops On the other hand, the role of the interior designer will emerge through the extent of its understanding of the sustainability standards and its relationship to the design of the commercial store in terms of other conditions and standards specific to the principles of designing shops and what is appropriate or suitable for displaying products, and the extent of compatibility between the application of these standards and the marketing strategies of commercial companies, the research sheds light on the most important criteria and conditions of sustainability, and examples of some raw materials and materials that are preferred for use in sustainable facilities, with a review of some of the stores that have been implemented and follow the terms and standards of sustainable spaces. Research problem: the challenges facing the interior designer of the shops in light of the development of the concept of sustainable design.
