المستخلص: للحوار أهمية كبيرة ودور مهم في التواصل والتفاهم مع الآخرين، فهو وسيلة للتعارف والتالف، وهو أسلوب من أهم أساليب التربية الإسلامية وأفضلها ومنهج للدعوة والإصلاح. يقصد به إقامة الحجة، ودفع الشبهة، وبيان الفاسد من الأقوال. وهو تعاون بين المتناظرين على معرفة الحقيقة والتوصل إليها. وتراثنا الإسلامي مليء بالكثير من نماذج الحوار والمناظرات المثمرة بين الأئمة والعلماء، ونحن في حاجة شديدة إلى هذه الصور لتكون لنا قدوة ونبراسا يستضيء به شبابنا فيسيرون على هدى من السلوك الذي ينهل من معين الكتاب والسنة، ويعمل بالحق ويجاهد في سبيله. والإمام الليث بن سعد أحد هؤلاء العلماء البارزين الذي ربطت الصداقة والمحبة بينه وبين إمام المدينة مالك بن أنس، وكانت تجري بينهما لقاءات ومراسلات أثمرت كثيرا من الفوائد العلمية في الفقه والأصول والأخلاق والآداب. وقد اختلفا في الكثير من المسائل الفقهية، وكان الخلاف بينهما مثالا للحرص على الحقيقة وأنموذجا في شجاعة العالم في مواجهة الخطأ. وجاءت هذه الدراسة الموجزة لتحاول تسليط الضوء على الجوانب الخلقية وآداب الحوار والمناظرة بين هذين الإمامين الكبيرين من خلال رسالة الإمام الليث إلى الإمام مالك. أسباب اختيار الموضوع: ١- ما أشرت إليه- فيما سبق- من أهمية الحوار وحاجتنا إليه لاحتواء الصراعات والاختلافات، ودعم أواصر التالف والمحبة بين الناس. ٢- أهمية رسالة الليث بن سعد كأنموذج رفيع في آداب الحوار بين العلماء استعان الباحث في دراسته بالمنهج الوصفي والمنهج المقارن والمنهج التحليلي. احتوى هذا البحث على مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة في المقدمة تناولت أهمية الموضوع، وأسباب اختياره؛ والدراسات السابقة، وخطة البحث، ومنهج الدراسة. واحتوى المبحث الأول على ترجمة الليث. وتناولت في المبحث الثاني مفهوم الحوار والمناظرة وأهميتهما. ثم تناول المبحث الثالث آداب الحوار والمناظرة في رسالة الليث بن سعد إلى أنس بن مالك.

Dialogue has great importance and an important role in communication and understanding with others, as it is a means of acquaintance and harmony, and it is one of the most important and best methods of Islamic education and a method of advocacy and reform. It means establishing the argument, repelling suspicion, and clarifying the corrupt sayings. It is a cooperation between debaters to know and reach the truth. Our Islamic heritage is full of many models of dialogue and fruitful debates between imams and scholars, and we are in dire need of these images to be our role models and a guide for our youth; Imam Al-Laith bin Saad is one of these prominent scholars who had friendship and love between him and the Imam of Medina, Malik bin Anas, and meetings and correspondence were held between them that resulted in many scientific benefits in jurisprudence, fundamentals, ethics and literature. They differed on many matters of jurisprudence, and their disagreement was an example of concern for the truth and a model of the world's courage in the face of error. This brief study attempts to shed light on the moral aspects and the etiquette of dialogue and debate between these two great imams through Imam Al- Laith's letter to Imam Malik. Reasons for choosing a topic: What I mentioned above about the importance of dialogue and our need for it to contain conflicts and differences, and to support the bonds of harmony and love between people. The importance of the message of Al-Laith bin Saad as a high model in the etiquette of dialogue between scholars. Study Methodology: The researcher used the descriptive method, the comparative method, and the analytical method. Research Plan: This research contained an introduction, three sections and a conclusion; in the introduction dealt with the importance of the topic, the reasons for choosing it, previous studies, the research plan, and the study methodology. The first section contained the translation of Al-Laith. In the second section, it dealt with the concept of dialogue and debate and their importance. Then the third section dealt with the etiquette of dialogue and debate in the letter of Al-Laith bin Saad to Anas bin Malik.
