تحدثت في هذه الدراسة عن الولاء والبراء عند الخوارج تجاه الصحابة رضي الله عنهم، وتكمن أهمية البحث في توضيح جانب الخلل في عقيدة الولاء والبراء عند الخوارج تجاه الصحابة رضي الله عنهم. واتبعت في هذا البحث المنهج التاريخي، وذلك عن طريق تتبع الأحداث التاريخية التي أدت إلى نشأة الخوارج، والمنهج الاستقرائي، وذلك عن طريق تتبع ما كتبه العلماء في الخوارج وآرائهم في الصحابة رضي الله عنهم، وتتبع أقوال الإباضية فيما كتبوه عن الصحابة رضي الله عنهم، ثم المنهج النقدي الذي يتناول الرد على الخوارج في معتقدهم تجاه الصحابة. ويتكون البحث من مقدمة، وتمهيد، وفصلين، وخاتمة. أما المقدمة فتشمل مشكلة البحث، أهدافه، أهميته، منهج البحث، خطوات الكتابة، حدود البحث، وهيكل البحث. ويشمل التمهيد: مصطلحات البحث، والأدلة على الولاء والبراء. ويشتمل الفصل الأول على: نشأة الخوارج وأبرز فرقهم. أما الفصل الثاني فيشتمل على: مسائل الولاء والبراء عند الخوارج تجاه الصحابة رضي الله عنهم، والرد على تلك المسائل. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، من أهمها: أن الخوارج يتولون الخليفتين أبي بكر الصديق وعمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنهما، ويبرؤون من الخليفتين عثمان بن عفان وعلي بن أبي طالب رضي الله عنهما، ومن معظم الصحابة الذين عاصروا الفتنة. وأن الصحابة رضي الله عنهم اجتهدوا في الفتنة التي حدثت، والمجتهد مأجور في اجتهاده، إن أصاب فله أجران، وإن أخطأ فله أجر واحد.
In this study, I talked about Loyalty and Enmity among the Kharijites towards the Companions, may Allah pleased them, and The importance of the research lies in clarifying the flaw aspect of the doctrine of loyalty and disavowal among the Kharijites towards the Companions may Allah pleased them. In this research, I followed the historical approach, by tracing the historical events that led to the emergence of the Kharijites, and the inductive approach, by tracing what the scholars wrote about the Khawarij and their opinions about the Companions may Allah pleased them, and tracing the sayings of the Ibadis in what they wrote about the Companions may Allah pleased them, then the critical approach, which deals with responding to the Kharijites in their belief towards the Companions may Allah pleased them. The research consists of an introduction, preface, two chapters, and conclusion. The introduction includes the research problem, objectives, importance, research methodology, writing steps, limits of the research, and the structure of the research. The introduction includes: Search terms, evidence of loyalty and disavowal.The first chapter includes genesis the Kharijites and their most prominent groups.The second chapter includes: issues of loyalty and disavowal among the Kharijites towards the Companions may Allah pleased them, and the response to those matters. The study concluded a number of results, the most important results are: 1- That the Kharijites take charge of the two caliphs, Abu Bakr al-Siddiq and Omar bin al-Khattab may Allah pleased with them both, They disavowed the two caliphs Othman bin Affan and Ali bin Abi Talib may Allah pleased with them both, and most of the companions who were contemporary Sedition. 2- The Companions worked diligently in the sedition that occurred, and the diligent person is rewarded for his diligence, If it hits, he has two rewards, If he makes a mistake, he gets one reward.
