المستخلص: ناقش البحث مسائل تتعلق بأصول علم التفسير والتأويل وأهمية ذلك، والتصور العام على طرق تفسير القرآن، وأسباب وجود الاختلاف في تفسير القرآن، والواجب على المسلم في تفسير القرآن، والغاية من علم التفسير. ثم ناقش الباحث مسألة عدم الوصول والرجوع إلى القواعد والركائز الأساسية التي يأخذ منها علم أصول التفسير، ثم توضيح كيفية الوصول إلى هذه القواعد والأساسيات، حيث إن عدم التوضيح والإبراز لهذه الركائز والأصول وأهميتها جعل الكثير يتساهل ويتقاعس عند الرجوع إليها، وبالتالي يقل الذوق عند استخراج معاني القرآن، واستنباط أحكامه وإعجازه ولطائفه وأسراره. لا يمكن التعامل بالقرآن من تفسيره واستخراج معانيه إلا بمعرفة هذه القواعد والركائز والأصول الأساسية للتفسير. وعليه ينبغي على طلبة العلم الاعتكاف بالجد لمعرفة واستيعاب هذه الأصول والأساسيات عند تعاملهم للقرآن الكريم. للعلماء، وخاصة العلماء التفسير وعلوم القرآن بذل مزيد من الجهد لنشر وتعليم هذه الأصول والقواعد لطلبة العلم الشرعي، ليتثنى لهم قدرة الاستيعاب عند تفسير القرآن.

The research discussed issues related to the fundamentals and importance of the science of exegesis and interpretation, the general perception of methods of interpretation of the Qur’an, the reasons for the difference in interpreting the Qur’an, the duty of a Muslim to interpret the Qur’an, and the purpose of the science of exegesis. Then the researcher discussed the issue of lack of access and reference to the basic rules and pillars from which the knowledge of the fundamentals of interpretation is taken, then clarifying how to reach these principles and fundamentals, as the lack of clarification and highlighting of these pillars and fundamentals and their importance made many lenient and reluctant when referring to them, and thus the taste decreases when extracting meanings The Qur’an, and deducing its provisions, miracles, sect and secrets. It is not possible to deal with the Qur’an from its interpretation and extract its meanings without knowledge of these rules, pillars and basic principles of interpretation. And accordingly, students of knowledge must observe the struggle seriously in order to know and understand these principles and principles when dealing with the Holy Qur’an. Scholars, especially scholars of Tafsir and the sciences of the Qur’an, may exert more efforts to spread and teach these principles and rules to students of legal science, so that they have the ability to comprehend when interpreting the Qur’an.
