|a استهدفت الدراسة قياس أثر نمط شخصية متخذ القرار على أسلوب مواجهه الأزمات بالشركة القابضة لمياه الشرب والصرف الصحي بمحافظة الغربية، وقد طبق هذا البحث على عينة قوامها 265 مفردة من متخذي القرار بالإدارة العليا والوسطى بالشركة القابضة لمياه الشرب والصرف الصحي بمحافظة الغربية وبلغت عدد الاستمارات المستوفاة 254 استمارة ، وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي المعتمد على الأسلوب الاستنباطي، كما استخدمت الباحثة تحليل الانحدار المتعدد لاستنتاج مدى تأثير المتغيرات المستقلة مجتمعة ومنفردة على المتغير التابع ، كما استخدمت المقياس الإحصائي WILK'S LAMBADA الذي يفيد في الحكم على معنوية النماذج الداخلة في التحليل ، وقد توصلت الباحثة إلى عدد من النتائج التي تتمثل أهمها في وجود تأثير معنوي إيجابي بين نمط شخصية متخذ القرار (الشخصية العصابية / الشخصية الانبساطية / الشخصية المنفتحة على الخبرات / الشخصية ذات القبول / الشخصية ذات الضمير الحي ) وبين أسلوب مواجهه الأزمات ( أسلوب المواجهة / أسلوب التعاون / أسلوب الاحتواء ) كما دلت النتائج على أن الشخصية ذات الضمير الحي هي الأكثر تأثيراً على أسلوب مواجهه الأزمات تليها الشخصية العصابية ثم الشخصية الانبساطية وأخيراً الشخصية المنفتحة على الخبرات.
|b The study aimed to measure the impact of the decision-maker’s personality style on the style of coping with crises in the Holding Company for Drinking Water and Sanitation in Al-Gharbia Governorate. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach based on the deductive method, and the researcher used multiple regression analysis to conclude the impact of the independent variables together and individually on the dependent variable. To a number of results, the most important of which is the presence of a positive moral effect between the personality style of the decision-maker (the neurotic personality / the extraverted personality / the personality open to experiences / the accepting personality / the conscientious personality) and the style of facing crises (the confrontation style / the cooperation style / the cooperative style containment) as the results indicated that the conscientious personality has the most influence on the way he confronts the Crises are followed by the neurotic personality, then the extroverted personality, and finally the personality open to experiences.
